I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to home... but alas, I won't be back. The…read moremost important area of a nail salon for me is cleanliness and they failed miserably. I watched employees clean the pedicure bowls more than once only by squirting it with water and wiping it down with a towel. There was cleaning spray nearby, but it wasn't used. Also, I know for a fact that the large black heel files and purple pedicure stones were used repeatedly on different customers without being cleaned. Next up, was the overall experience which was also bad. Rather than relaxing music, televisions blared. In other establishments there are signs asking you not to talk on your phone. No such thing here, so I got to listen to a teenage girl have a loud and lewd FaceTime. The owner yelled at an employee. A group of teenagers carried on loudly using the f word repeatedly. The final straw for me was the fact that they used a drill to remove paint from both my toes and fingers. That is a sure fire sign that you're not in a nice nail establishment. The only positive was that their prices were low, but you get what you pay for in this case.

The Z's are two different sizes. I got these done 4 days ago and somehow almost every nail looks like ive worn them for about 2 weeks theres either so much excess nail(?) on the side of some fingers or the nail just doesnt go all the way up to the cuticle. Some i can even see my real nail on the side which ive also never had. very disappointed and i will find another salon to go to.

However the two nail technicians were able to take us within a few minutes of each other. My daughter got a full acrylic with gel polish from Nikki and I got a gel manicure with design from Lynn. I love that prices are posted in the front and back where the technicians sit. We made our next appointments so I'm looking forward to trying again.

Unfortunately, and to my horror, while Mr. Jimmy was working on me, I saw that the supplies being used were already used (files and buffers). That is a big no-no, that is how you get a nail fungus. I dealt with it, however, but I fear once I remove these nails, I'll find something there that wasn't there before. If you decide to go here, bring your own supplies just in case.
