($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

Just throw trash right on the ground so that the wind can carry it everywhere! Chaotic mess! I wish I never moved here to Show Low. I hope these workers develop a conscious and quit dumping all over! I wouldn't say that any of them really impressed me to the point of carving out 20 minutes of my insane schedule to write a review, good or bad. Obviously that changed when I met CJ @ Illinois restoration... Unfortunately about 2 months ago I had toilet water coming through my ceiling into my therapy bay from the dermatology clinic upstairs. I obviously freaked out and immediately called CJ who I had recently been introduced to. He literally stopped what he was doing and was at my clinic in 15 minutes. He took control of the situation and to my astonishment, had a team pull an overnight to 100% clean and de-nastify my space. I was able to treat patients the very next day! The story doesn't end there. The people responsible for the mess were less than cooperative and CJ and his crew were phenomenal go-betweens to get the mitigation and the rebuild covered as quick as possible. I did not know that any mitigation company also did the rebuild work! 100% made a shitty (no pun intended!) situation so much more tolerable. I can't say enough about CJ and his team. The leak caused damage to my whole main floor and sent me and my family to a rental home for several months. Disaster Solution was recommended to me by my insurance company, USAA, and I am so happy I contacted them. They arrived quickly after I reported the damage and got straight to work on water mitigation. The first team to arrive was extremely friendly, empathetic and communicative. I had a full house - two toddlers, 3 dogs, a cat and I work from home (plus 20 or so plants that needed to be relocated). The lead of this crew was JB (Jeremy B). He was sensitive to all of this and incredibly patient as I worked to reorganize and rearrange my home. Once I got myself organized, him and the crew boxed up the rest of my belongings, wrapped my furniture and took it off to storage for me. After water mitigation was completed, I was contacted by my project manager, Mark. Mark - is - the - BEST. He was extremely thorough, provided ongoing updates and promptly returned calls (or just answered them immediately). I never experienced a delayed response or frustrating moment with Mark and his crew. They always arrived on time, usually had answers to my questions and, if they didn't, I'd hear back within 24 hours. All in all, my little disaster took 5 months to fix. The insurance sometimes dragged, the materials took some time to arrive, but I always knew that if I had a concern that I could simply call my estimator or project manager and they would walk me through the process or provide me with an estimated timeline. I'll never forget - the first time Mark was telling me what his email address was he joked and said "it's not @disaster-solution(S) with an (S), it's @distaster-solution.com because there's ONLY ONE SOLUTION". I still roll my eyes at this joke, but, he was absolutely correct... from start to finish, it felt like one solid, cohesive solution. I am forever grateful to this crew! (A special shout out to Dave who worked tirelessly to fix my home and had to listen to my toddlers screaming while doing so.)

Like many such bathroom-plumbing works, this is a complicated installation that can easily go wrong a hundred ways. The RR people planned it and did it at one go. Done right! Our compliments on the excellent work by the technician who visited us to install the shower door (apologies - I did not write down his name). He did an overall fantastic job, start to finish, earning a 100/100. He is competent, professional, and courteous. He answered all our questions patiently and stayed focused on the job without rushing it. Notably, the final cleanup was so thorough! Earlier, the person who visited us for the estimation and measurement was equally good- very knowledgeable! The office personnel who handle the scheduling are very responsive and understanding of our (customers') changing needs and priorities. They spent two hour putting the awning together. One guy was watching while other guy was putting it together. I wish they told me about this, because I could have put the awning together myself before they came out. Another note, one guy went out to buy something, he took about 30-45 minutes to Home Depot. Given that why would the other guy who was sitting around was billing for the hour, not working. The hourly rate is very miss leading. I would never hire these guys, they will charge alot of money. They told me they gave me a break but thats not true. Very disappointed for how much it cost to install the awning. It cost over $1000 for this work.

Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!
