Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. The was an area wide storm and they were very busy. Brian Ronan checked our roof and took detailed pictures of the storm damage. He provided a quote to replace the roof, skylight, and gutters. After speaking with several other roofing companies, we decided to go with APEK. We had never filed a homeowners claim and APEK was very helpful in the process. We were placed on the schedule and waited our turn. The APEK office is very good at keeping the customer informed. Our roof date was pushed back due to weather issues impacting the jobs before ours. The weather this year has been crazy. The APEK crew arrived on August 31st and got right to work on the roof. This was a hard working and great team. The weather impacted the job, and it took two days to do the full roof. Not a problem because the final product looks beautiful. The third day was the gutter team. Again, a hard-working crew that knows what they are doing. New gutters and downspouts installed and pitched correctly. Both teams did a great job of protecting our home, plants, and other personal items outside. I am very happy that we went with APEK. The workmanship is standing up as well since we've had quite a few storms since then. Fast forward to today, I asked Jim to come out to perform a repair on the roof. Jim arrived punctually and immediately assessed the situation. Turns out, what I thought was a repair was actually something that didn't need to be addressed. Just three months after moving in, we discovered mold and ongoing roof leaks. I reached out to Mortenson, and Andrew has been absolutely fantastic--responsive, helpful, and professional. The roofer who previously "fixed" the roof claimed it was impossible to identify the source of the leaks and recommended a complete roof replacement. Andrew immediately dismissed that idea, explaining that in most cases, the source of a leak *can* be found and repaired without resorting to an expensive full replacement. He quickly sent out his foreman, Julio, to evaluate the issue. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with--we're so glad we called him!

I have an old roof from 1947 on the house that most companies won't touch. I found Mortenson after some extensive research and frustration with other companies' suggestions for leaks I was experiencing when I first purchased my home. After replacement of sections of roof and some of my copper gutters that failed, I no longer have problems and they've saved me from having to have the whole roof replaced, which would be exorbitantly expensive. They've done a great job and always very professional. Not always the quickest to get out due to them being so busy, but when I have an emergency, they are there within days of calling. I have them come and inspect my roof every year and have had them come out for emergency tile replacement. Everyone I have dealt with -- from their estimator Ken to the various people who have worked on my roof (Joe, Matt and Julio) to people in the office (Diana and Andrew) -- has been great. I am VERY picky on who I let touch my house and they are the only ones I'll trust to work on my roof and gutters.

I did this and informed SWS of the date and time the insurance adjuster would be at our home. This appointment was also confirmed with SWS a second time as well. To my disappointment, SWS never came as scheduled and I never received a call or even a message that they would be unable to be present. It would have been helpful to have a roofing contractor present on our behalf while the insurance adjuster was inspecting the roof.
