I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

They dealt with my insurance company and handled the whole claims process for me and made sure I got everything covered. They even credited my deductible so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The crew was professional, protected my landscaping and worked quickly. I wish I could post the screen shot here of the message I got to my cell phone. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter. When they noticed that there was a greater degree of damage than initially identified, they were honest about it and gave me a new reasonable quote. They went above and beyond. This time it was Nehemiah and Kevin that came out. Highly recommend.
