Before reaching out to Quality Foundation, we had another Foundation company came over to check if our house had a foundation issue or not. We had seen many cracks on the foundation around the house, so we had some concerns. The foundation company, who came over, did the measurements many corners of the house and told us that we needed to have our foundation fixed asap. An estimate is roughly $30,000. Since it was a big money, we needed a second opinion. We did some research and decided to call Quality Foundation. It was one of the best decision in our life. Milton asked me some questions over the phone and from my answers, he confirmed that our house had no any foundation issue at all. He was polite, very professional and knowledgeable. Krista created a practical project plan tailored to my vision for the future of the property. She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.
