The owner, Matt, came out and spent about 45 minutes to an hour taking measurements and readings. He mentioned the foundation was about an inch off and quickly quoted me $18,500 for repairs. I asked him for his best and final price and to email me a copy of the report. I followed up twice to get the report, and he texted saying I'd receive it that evening--but four days later, I still haven't received anything. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they handle potential customers, I can't imagine what it would be like after signing a contract. read more

Matthew is really a pleasure to work with! We had some issues with the skirting on one side of our house degrading because it was built too close to the ground. I had some trouble finding a company that would help me with this repair because it was such a small job, and also on a part of the house that kind of floats between siding work and foundation work. Matthew was really great the entire time and came out on multiple occasions to work with me to put a plan together that would work. It was not so simple, since replacing it with the same material would just lead to degradation over time again. Matthew came out on multiple occasions and had multiple calls with me to figure out what to do. Once our plan was decided, his team came out promptly and installed the new skirting material. I did notice a small issue after I had paid and they left, but they promptly came out to fix it the next morning without issue. Matthew and his team did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I had Reyna out to do an inspection of my recently purchased home today. Matthew showed up right at the time he told me he would. I was really concerned about the fact that my floors had recently started shifting. He did such a thorough job inspecting the entire house (inside, perimeter, and crawl space). After his inspection, he gave me a very detailed rundown of all of the concerns he had, the biggest one being that water is getting into our crawl space and creating a serious moisture problem. It turns out that there is no foundation work needed at the moment (at least until I solve the water flow issue). Matthew is so honest and knowledgable. I recently saw a video posted by Matthew Reyna, regarding areas of concern when it comes to foundations. I immediately made an appointment because I had the issue in my house and would hate for the problem to get worst. I received a prompt response from Mr. Reyna and within a week he was at my home addressing my concern. After measuring each angel of the house, he sat down with me and explained his findings! He first explained the good news, I don't have an issue it could just be the way my door was installed and provided me with the measurement angels he took. We'd been dealing with a plumbing issue on our 90-year-old pier-and-beam house with no crawl space access. Multiple plumbers had come out and quoted us numbers in the mid-five figures to tunnel under and repipe the house. We called Reyna and asked if they could take a look, and perhaps do the tunneling job for less than what the plumbers quoted. Matthew came over, figured out how to actually look under the house, and said that we shouldn't pay him, or anyone, thousands to haul away three dumptrucks worth of dirt; there was already enough space for a plumber willing to get dirty, and if we couldn't find one, he'd have one call us. All we needed was an access point to get under the house, which he came back the next day to dig. Suddenly, we went from having a "take out a second mortgage" level crisis to a normal home maintenance and upkeep cost. Called them to assess slab foundation cracks and some cracks within my house. I've noticed that some of the cracks have gotten largen in the last year and that got me nervous and anxious something is going on there.
