I finally made the decision to replace my carpet after 5 years! The only reason I even reached out…read moreto Carpet Now was because of the reviews so I thought it only fair to repay the favor. All the reviews are true! We are a week in to our new carpet and couldn't be happier with the results! They were quick, efficient, extremely communicative, had amazing response time and best of all REASONABLY priced. I had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates before carpet now and Carpet now beat BOTH bids by $200+. Chuck was extremely friendly and knowledgable about which options would be best for our pockets and the look we were going for! They bring samples ON SITE to choose from which was wonderful for us to be able to see and feel in real time. Shoutout to Chuck for being extremely patient and willing to big chill in the couch while we went back and forth with our decision Lol If we ever need any more work done, I'm definitely reaching out to Carpet now first. Ya'll - AND they cleaned up when they left! I mean GOOD too! I'm talking no crumbs left behind!

Everyone was great, I'm grateful I chose this company. Everyone seems so nice, genuine, and professional. I have attached my before and after floor photos. They actually did much more than what was originally promised and made sure everything was done right. The crew, Tony and his team, was professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves every single day, which we really appreciated during a major flooring project. A special thank you to Sam Nolley. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and patiently helped us sort through the different options until we found the flooring that was best for our home and our needs. There was never any pressure to choose the most expensive option. My only wish is that they did more than flooring! After this experience, I would trust this company with projects big or small. Fair pricing, knowledgeable people, excellent workmanship, and a company that delivers more than it promises. That's increasingly hard to find. Highly recommended.
