I won't use them again, they don't stand by their products and the install was terrible. They had to come back 6 times during the install because they didn't cement in the posts as agreed and they wobbled back and forth. They then tried to mask it with a little surface concrete to make it appear like it was done correctly but they literally poured 1/4" concrete on the dirt, so it didn't take much to figure that out. I took videos of the issues if anyone wanted to see the problems. Disgusted with the install, quality of product and follow up support. Don't trust them to install a quality chain link fence.

Absolute Fence & Gate were outstanding to work with: they came in cheaper than all other alternatives, were the most responsive with clear communication, and were very knowledgable about the options within our space. Amanda was extremely responsive and helped us scope out our initial ask to coordinate an onsite bid walk quickly and helped sort out billing. Travis helped develop our initial concept for a gate into an efficient, turn-key solution that would abide by local codes and fit within our budget. After clarifying our scope, the project was completed at a lightning pace. They staggered the required demo of our old fence until the day they'd be able to erect the fencing to minimize the amount of time our house was exposed to the street. Craig Jolicoeur was so responsive, thoughtful and meticulous that you'd think it was his own fence that was going up. He didn't waste my time like others did with endless and irrelevant questions. We were looking to remove an old chain link fence (with lots of brush grown in & around) and replace with a double-sided, capped traditional fence with a few gates. I researched 20+ companies and reached out for bids to at least 10; some ghosting or never responding. ABF's request form gathered enough information that they could provide me a pretty accurate budget right off the bat before even coming on-site! I appreciated that they then sent someone out once I confirmed the tentative budget and we chatted more about details and firmed up the numbers and project design. He even measured our car to make sure our drive-in spot was the correct length! The PgM gave honest answers about which materials we should invest in vs. where we could save. The building team did a great job with solid craftsmanship. We even asked if they could help connect our neighbor's fence and we thought we would come out to see a few patched boards... but they connected the fence in the same style as ours with a cap etc. which looked really nice. Our neighbor even reached out to see if they could get their contact info to fix their fence! The PgM was on site every day to check-in with the crew and us and addressed any concerns quickly. Once the project was complete the PgM came back out to inspect the work, marking a few boards to replace that we didn't even see fault with - definitely an eye for attention to detail which we appreciated!
