Pierce claimed that he was an expert on repairing windows with rotting wood. He came out and started working. About 2 hours later I went to check on him and he was packed up and heading to his truck without even telling me. The windows were not even halfway done. He seemed nervous and claimed that he had a personal emergency. He came out the next day and same thing, he worked for a couple of hours and left without finishing the job. I called him and he said he finished. Neither of the windows close and one was too long and the other was too short. I will most likely have to replace the windows after what he did. He committed to returning yesterday but did not show up nor return calls and messages. This guy, from my experience lacks professionalism and competence. read more

Wow! I highly recommend Point Blank Solutions. I found them through Angie's list by asking for diagnosing and repairing our gas pressure washer. Point Blank was the first to respond, and was friendly and eager to set it up. Of the other companies we were connected with, most either wouldn't look at a pressure washer or were 1-2 days to respond and less enthusiastic. Pierce quickly responded with several possible times, kept his appointment, and called when he was on his way. He was so adept and knowledgeable! He figured out the problem in about 5 minutes, and volunteered to go buy the part needed. Pierce also patiently showed me how to set it for starting versus running, take it apart, and replace the filter. I'm definitely going to be using him again for other work we need done. The price was fair, and it feels great to have our pressure washer back! read more

We had a simple driveway light fixture problem and asked this service for it. Can't believe the light bulbs not tightly secured caused light won't light up. When asked this service claimed it was the fixture problem (it was a new pair) and will charge as a new service. Eventually we had to open the fixture and just screw the bulbs tight and the lights work just as good. DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. read more

Scheduled him to come out and repair numerous items in my house. Our scheduled time arrived, and he never showed up. He then reached out that time got away from him and asked if he could come later. I took off work and moved around appointments for our originally scheduled time, so this wasn't acceptable for me. Therefore the work was never done on my house.
