We were sent a text confirming the appointment and who would be coming. The day of the appointment Jordan, the tech, texted to say he was on his way. We really appreciated that we were kept up to date on every aspect of the appointment. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer; he had the parts on hand; and got the washer up and running. I called about an LG refrigerator I wish I had never bought, but that horse is out of the barn. I thought the cooling section was not running cool enough (the freezing section is (barely) okay). After explaining my observations, Steve explained some things about temperature variation in refrigerators and indicated it was probably doing the best it could. No repair would improve performance. He said he could come and look at it, but that would cost me a $90 service call and probably yield nothing. We discussed the situation a bit more and I decided to take his phone advice, rearrange the food in that section, and see what happens. I also told him that if ANY appliance in this house needed attention, he is the first person I will call. He has earned my loyalty and he has never put a hand on anything here! Directly, at least. He helped to confirm our compressor warranty with LG (still under warranty, thank God!), and then he returned a day or two later to replace the compressor.
