We were sent a text confirming the appointment and who would be coming. The day of the appointment Jordan, the tech, texted to say he was on his way. We really appreciated that we were kept up to date on every aspect of the appointment. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer; he had the parts on hand; and got the washer up and running. Otkay took apart the door and told me it was fine; that digital error codes can often be wrong when the mother board is going. The spinner basket was off balance too, so he told me to get a new one.
