They were very helpful and apologetic, which was no issue really, and was nice on every occasion. Their shop is clean, and my daughter noticed that they had Cinderella stickers and the nice all over the floor boards which gave it a nice touch, and they offered my daughter candy! My dress needed the straps to be shorter and my slit was sewed since it was rather high. I also added sleeves to my dress and she did an amazing job! With the extra fabric, she offered to make two pocked squares as well. My sister and I had a very small window in which we needed alterations for her bridesmaid suit and my dress. This was my first time getting a gown hemmed so I went in without expectations. It was too long so I needed the bottom hemmed but wanted to keep some of the train, and it needed to be taken in on the sides as well as another loose fabric piece needed to be sewn down. I called in advance in case I needed an appointment and they answered right away and assured me I could come in at the time I requested. I arrived and there was one other customer she was finishing up with but I barely had to wait at all. Donna was extremely friendly and listened to all of my concerns about the fit of the dress and made suggestions for the hemming. She pinned it all up and I was out of there pretty quickly. She asked when I needed the dress by and assured it would be ready a few days in advance and gave me a ticket with the quoted price on it. I didn't receive a call when it was ready but I was never told I would, but just something that would be nice. I'm sure it would have been ready by the day I was told but I ended up picking it up a few days later. I wasn't able to make it by during the store's regular business hours but I called and thankfully Donna was still there after closing.
