I left a voicemail on their business line, and a person named Jonathan called back, stating that they will not perform significant repairs, citing safety hazards for my children and the poor quality of the job. There are construction errors on two of the main systems, with gaps between both the back and main entrance new systems, causing heavy flooding and fall hazards due to mildew buildup. More importantly, I have images and videos showing the load-bearing beam rotting from water being trapped between the existing roof and the new shading system. Additionally, the installation was poorly executed and of low quality. We waited six months for the installation, with materials stored in our yard the entire time. The company that delivered the materials picked coconuts and left their mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, the third-party installers were unprofessional, cussing at each other during their shift, smoking marijuana on the property, and cameras caught them entering our home while no one was present. The installers also left extra materials in our yard after completing the job. Although we have a warranty for their work until 2030, the company is now refusing to fix the issues.
