Adel has exceeded our expectations with the paint job on the car and looks brand new. Superb work, I would definitely recommend this place.

The guy reattached a side bar that was peeling off my car. He took around 40 minutes taking his time and didnt even charge me at the end!

If you are looking for a place that is unprofessional with a lack of common sense, this is the…read moreplace for you! I got sideswiped on 294 the day after thanksgiving. I listened to my bf and chose this shop to get my repair done with my insurance. (I will never listen to him again) As you can imagine nobody really expects to get their car fixed when hit by a hit and run. A month before Christmas during this pandemic on top of it. I chose to do so because I didn't want my car looking like crap. So I take my car there we go over the damage on the side of my car which is basically cosmetic considering there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Yesterday I get a call that my car is ready. Cool! I get there, pay my deductible, walk into the shop where my car was at, looked at the side of my car that they fixed and left. After I got home I noticed both my wheels on my passenger side was freshly painted. Now I plastidipped my wheels years ago. I've hit some curbs etc so my wheels were a little damaged with the paint coming off. Now at no time did we discuss my wheels (they were not a part of the accident. They just ASSUMED they were since they were damaged.) so they took it upon themselves to send out the wheels to get painted without contacting me asking me what I wanted to do, without my consent, making sure I was aware that both sides of my car wouldn't match. I PAINTED MY WHEELS years ago, they were not originally like that. So why would a auto body shop not notice, realize or have the common sense to contact me to make sure I was aware that my passenger side wheels would be basically brand new with my drivers side looking old and weathered. I would have had them not touch the wheels since it was from MY DOING not the accident. What if I didn't want them black and I wanted to remove the plastidip to have my silver wheels back? So I took my car in so I didn't drive a crappy looking car, and I received my car and now I still get to drive my car looking like crap because each side of my car looks different. My bf and I called and the old lady at the front desk basically made excuses and got of topic when we were addressing our concerns and aggravation. The only thing they said they would do is for me to take my car in and spray plastidip on my Drivers side. So I would have a basically brand new wheels on my passenger side and a cheap quick fix on my drivers side. No thanks, I can go to Home Depot and spray it myself. I wouldn't trust my car being there even for them to spray paint my wheels. Something similar happened to my bf, and bill the owner called my bf to tell him about his wheels and they wouldn't match and my bf said it's fine. So it could be because Im a girl they had the lack of common sense and communication or consideration. All I know is that anyone that works in a shop would NEVER want their car to come out like that, so why would it be ok to send a customers car out like that? Do your research and go somewhere else.
