While your worker was nice & did an adequate job of cleaning the space, I am disappointed with the overall service because it did not meet the requirement of professional ORGANIZATION that I specifically requested and that you assured me of. I already have a trusted cleaning crew, and I chose your company specifically for the expertise of a professional organizer. Unfortunately, the service provided was strictly cleaning, and I've spent the last few days essentially re-doing the organizational work myself--a task I hired a professional to avoid. I needed to know if this was doable, and Jose broke down what he was able to do for me. For such a simple job, I spent almost 15-20 minutes on the phone with Jose, who seemed very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. The quoted price was extremely reasonable and I agreed to set an appointment for Jose to come to my home the following week. The morning of the appointment, I received a phone call from Jose that he was one his way. He arrived a few minutes early, pulled up to my driveway, set up his van, and got right to it. Jose took one look at my couches and said, "You're going to be surprised at how dirty these couches are." As he made a pass through one cushion, I was in shock at how filthy these couches were. It was one of those satisfying, yet gross moments. All in all, he left these couches like new. Next came the two 5'x7' rugs. I was worried that his machine would leave wet spots underneath the rugs as he went through them. He assured me that I do not need to worry about that. The rugs were pretty dirty to begin with and one had a red stain. Jose was adamant on getting this stain off and insisted that he would get that stain out...he did. He completely transformed these to look like brand new rugs. In the end, I asked if there was a way to see how dirty these were.
