I reached out to Jeremy to clean the carpets in our new home and to possibly take out a stain from either a marker or pen. Unfortunately, nobody actually knows where the stain is from and the technician was not able to take it out. I was completely okay with the stain not being removed however Jeremy reached out and gave me a couple options with the stain. He even went above and beyond to reach out to someone that can possibly remove the patch and replace it. Ultimately, he came back a second time with no charge to try and remove the stain. Dominic cleaned my area rugs today and did an amazing job. My little dog the last month or so of his life was blind and had diarrhea so these rugs were terribly stained and I did not expect them to come completely clean. But Dominic got them looking new! Jeremey and Dominic, the two brothers who run the business, went above and beyond. They cleaned my Grandmothers house, and the main room was very dirty with some spots were cats got sick. When they finished the carpets looked great, but Jeremey told me that if any stains came back within seven days to give him a call. There was one major cat sick spot that came back and his brother Dominic came back out a few days later and addressed the stain. I had two couch cushions that my dog soiled a few weeks ago and I could not get the scent of both the urine and cleaning product off. I sent an inquiry for a quote on Yelp and Jeremey answered immediately with a great plan and price; with guarantee! I asked when he could service the cushions and he said he can arrive at my house in under 10 mins; which he did. Jeremy took the time to listen to the problem and treat it in a way that made sense. He cleaned out the product I placed on it, then he actually cleaned it, as opposed to mixing all the chemicals; very well thought out. Very happy with the service. The next week, one of the cushions still had a minor scent, but I think it was from the air freshener I placed on it after treatment, but wasn't sure. I informed him and he came over again to re-clean both cushions just to make sure I was satisfied. I'm almost 100% sure it wasn't urine but I do appreciate that he set my mind at ease by returning and helping me out; no charge. The couches smell great now and I am very satisfied with his work! We recently had Pristine Cleaners deep-clean our kitchen and laundry room floors. The kitchen floor was in bad shape. The grout was originally a pale greyish color, but over the years had turned dark brown/black. The tiles were pretty bad too. Jeremy and Dominick did wonders restoring our floor. The grout is what amazed me the most. I truly wasn't even sure if it could be cleaned (I was almost convinced it was past the point of no return). I'm not sure what magical cleaning mechanism they used, but OMG, the grout is now back to its original color!! I literally couldn't believe it. The tiles look great too. There are still a few tiles that look like there is some deep set-in dirt/grease that wasn't able to be cleaned out, but that might just require new flooring at some point as that is likely just a result of YEARS of wear and tear without regular maintenance. In addition to restoring our floors to like-new condition, both these guys were super friendly, professional, and their rate was really fair. I can't stop looking at my floor!! Not even going to lie, my carpets at my rental had yearssss of dirt and desperately needed some TLC! Using the project feature on Yelp to get some quotes from cleaning companies which mostly came back with pretty high prices! Pristine Cleaners was one of the first to reply and out bidded the others by hundreds, saving me so much mula! The owner Jeremy quickly responded to my messages and was direct as far as his pricing and scheduling ($140 flat fee to clean 4 rooms and hallway). A couple days later I had reached out again for his availability and luckily he had an opening the next day. Jeremy is a one man show! He texted me to let me know when he was on the way and once he arrived he briefly told us what we could expect from his services and got straight to work! My spouse and I didn't expect it to look brand new but it was damn close to it! I wish I took before and after pictures but trust me it was a huge difference! Jeremy has plenty of experience as he worked for big cleaning companies before branching off on his own. He also told us the carpets were salvageable and just needed some repairs on the hard to clean spots (aka my kids slime and gunk that stuck to the carpets) or possibly a deeper cleaning process (at an affordable price).
