The dryer vent was clogged up and needed a service. Prompt response for setting up an appointment and he came on time. The dryer was inside the closet and it was stacked on top of a washer. First he tried to clean it from outside vent but it did not work. He explained that he would need to come back with a helper to move the dryer out of the closet and try to clean it from inside. Kingsada is fantastic. He was such a star for me! After a contractor sandblasted a wall in our home, leaving behind piles of dust and debris I was devastated. Not only did they not prepare or shut off any rooms or doors, my heater and ducks were full of sand and dirt. Kingsada came on a weekend and worked for 6+ hours straight. Cleaning 4-5x for each of my ducts and pulling the motor out to get it truly cleaned. We are very happy with the service we received. King was prompt and and took care of the vent which had a bird nesting as well as other debris which made our dryer practically unusable. He was very careful with the cleanout and made sure the birds were out without harm and also installed a cage screen around the exterior vent cap for us. We had just bought the house a few months ago so we were debating about getting a new washer and dryer. I called up JR for a quote over the phone and told me he can come out the next day at 1pm. The next day he actually came earlier than expected. Him & his partner (nice guys) asked some questions and went to work. After 4hrs: 17vents, special brush clean, vacuum, sanitize and taping up broken vents. It's way cheaper than the commercial company that does carpet cleaning that quoted $750 for just to clean the vents. No more dirty, spiders or allergies...just straight clean air.
