If you are needing excellent professional heating / air conditioning work or replacement Fuse HVAC is definitely the company to call. Yuri came out on time and was very thorough in his explanation to me about the unit I had and went over the options for me in the installation of a new heating and an air conditioning unit along with a new very complicated placement and replacement of all my ducting. He was very quick to understand the problem we faced and suggested best location for the unit. We scheduled to have work done and I was impressed with the communication from him about the days and time it would take him to get job done. The day of the install I had a crew who were very efficient and knew their job well. They went beyond to make sure that we are fully satisfied with their work and never took any short cut to complete the work as soon as possible but rather took their time to install it correctly and completely. They finished my whole project in 3 days and left the house clean and feeling cold on a super-hot day. Overall an awesome experience and great team ! Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

My husband and I are very happy that we turned to this service company. We had a bad air conditioner in the summer and we postponed repairs for the cold season. The time has come to solve this problem. I applied to several repair companies, but I had a recommendation from my sister about this particular company . My application was accepted by the dispatcher on the phone and the next day we had a repair master. I examined the equipment and found the cause of the malfunction of our air conditioner - it was an incorrect installation of the cooling unit on the street. Because of this, something did not work well there . The master offered to fix it within two hours . We agreed. About half an hour later, the master was promptly brought a platform for the outdoor unit. And after a couple of hours, it was all done. I am very grateful to my sister for the recommendation and now I can recommend this company myself . The work was done perfectly. I'm happy.

After getting a very high quote from a major plumbing chain, we decided to contact Water Heater…read moreMasters. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Water Heater Masters. Alex sent our technician, Rojo, who helped install a new 40-gallon gas water heater in our indoor utility closet, and he was incredibly diligent, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Installing a tank in an inside closet can be tricky, but Rojo handled the entire job seamlessly in just 2 hours. He replaced everything with high-quality components, including: * New hot and cold water flex lines * A brand new water shut-off valve * A new gas flex line and sediment trap * Fully reworked earthquake straps (to meet California safety codes) * Properly updated T&P line and venting He also took care of the removal and disposal of our heavy 18 yr old tank, leaving the utility closet completely clean. If you want fair pricing, expert specialized service, and a technician who respects your time and home, call Water Heater Masters and ask for Rojo. Highly recommended!

We were replacing a gas water heater with a hybrid electric heat pump water heater. Generally, this…read moretype of heater costs twice as much (price and installation) as a traditional electric water heater, but costs a lot less to run (and therefore you recoup the additional cost in a few years from lower operating costs). I had a very easy experience getting an on-site quote. I received 3 quotes for this job. 2 quotes, including this one, came in around $7100. I went with a third one at around $6700 (which included an additional mixing valve) and am very happy with my decision. Overall price was not a big part of my decision, but brand of water heater was. After doing some research online, the most recommended brands are AO Smith and Rheem (GE). Both higher quotes were for Navien, which has only been making heat pump water heaters for 1 year, but I was told that it is the most reliable brand. I did not understand how this claim could be made, given how short the duration of evaluation for this product. Even the worst appliances usually work for at least a year. So I requested a quote for AO Smith or Rheem, which I did not get. I'm not sure why my brand request was not honored, but it made me question whether I should go with a company that either has communication issues or maybe some type of deal with Navien that I was not informed about. Many water heater installers are preferred installers of certain brands, which means they can get better pricing, etc. I did not want to be a guinea pig for Navien.

The technician, Salvador G. came early, on time. He called me to let me know he's on his way. He fixed the plumbing problem, the tenant was very happy with the work. Salvador called me to Let me know the work was finished, sent me pictures via email of before and after the Job. This young man was very kind, polite and most of all knowledgeable of any kind of plumbing problem. He sent me the description and invoice of the work done. The job was done on schedule and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and also for HVAC. They also installed a new furnace heater 2 months ago, they did a great job and completed the job on time... thank you for the great service!!!

We got bids on a "pex" replacement and when we told them theirs was too high the bid was magically lowered. We were the fools who took the lowest bid. What we thought was a "repiping" of our house turned out to be a "partial repiping." So the drip was fixed but a lot of old galvanized piping remains. And here's the bad news: the new pex piping was inadequately attached to the floor joists under the house and the installer removed many sections of furnace ducting to work down there and run the new piping. So we found that one of our heater registers had no heat/no attachment to the furnace duct! Hot air blowing into the crawl space.... So we have paid someone to reattach the piping and the ducts. And when the "new piping" was done I subscribed to the annual maintenance agreement. This is a total scam! No work is done under this agreement. It is only an opportunity for Albert Nahman "technicians" to try to up sell various filters and improvement systems. And the "inspector" missed the heating duct problem.... Avoid the big yellow truck! Do not let these guys into your house!
