I am a local resident and I came in for a regular pedicure and manicure. I had a time restriction so the pedicurist did not have time to put polish on my toes which is on me. She also clipped a little too far on one nail and now I have a small wound on that toe. The man, who I'm assuming is the manager ended up doing my manicure at the pedicure bowl to save on time. I only needed to have my cuticles pushed back and cut. It literally took him 6 minutes. He actually charged me $20 for the manicure portion for what they have listed online as $15 for a full regular manicure. I did not receive a filing, a shaping, lotion, massage, OR even polish. I feel very taken advantage of and I will never be back to this place in the future. It was also so very hot in there. I think considering that it was 95 degrees that day they could have put on the air conditioning as it was very uncomfortable. You should stay away from this place. read more

This is a new place that just opened two weeks ago. I honestly only went there because my other nail place was closed and i need my mani pedi done today (Monday). I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and clean the place was inside. I thought it was super cool when Kim brought out a little plate of cookies and peanuts and a mini water bottle to enjoy while getting my pedicure done. It's those little details that make you stand out! They had a great variety of gel colors to choose from and they also do SNS nails which is awesome. But man I LOVED LOVED my nails!!! I actually really like them. Been there twice. Both times I got deluxe pedi and a gel mani. The first time I was looking for salons late at night so I put in an inquiry for an appointment. Someone called me a half hour before they opened to respond to the request! This was as soon as they opened back up from the COVID closing. Salon was super clean, and they even provided mask. Where do I begin? Im writing this review as a wake up call I've been a customer for over a year. I get my fill, pedi, wax, on the clock every 2 weeks. I have been seen by most employees for pedicures. On very few occasions I was in a hurry I had my nails done by "someone else" not my regular. Once it was the gentleman in the back, (he's always wearing the white coat) He is extremely rude, he seems very angry and miserable... I remember him pulling my hand & raising his voice "put here don't move" cause my wrist wasn't at the right angle. I didn't complain that time cause I kept receiving calls so I felt some what responsible for his attitude: I let it slide. I kept going to this salon, avoiding him & minding my business. (You'll see why this is important) The other guy (he sits at the front & I'm assuming he's the owner) also did my nails on 2 occasions. The first time he did what he wanted on my nails. I mean my nails are always round, short and thin. Super simple. He made them almond shaped and kept telling me the way he was doing them was much better.- That it was "more expensive work" but he was gonna waive the fee. (Remember I didn't even ask for this) I went with it & wasn't happy with the results. I thought I just won't let him do my nails next visit. I'm not a person who's picky or complains over insignificant issues. Next few times I went with my normal lady, until one visit they told me she wasn't coming back. That time, the owner was available; he noticed I didn't want to get serviced by him, his demeanor softened up. I reluctantly sat on his chair and this time he listened but I still didn't like his work. On another visit I was serviced by a different lady, and I ended up loving her work. Always perfect looking nails. Clean, etc... She is amazing and nice, since I started getting my nails done by her I wait or call ahead. Back to the reason why I'm writing this review. I was there yesterday getting my pedicure, when I witnessed the way the gentleman in the white coat treated a customer. I was horrified, at the way he belittled her. The lady getting her nails done by him didn't speak English. She stayed quiet. The other ladies working on our pedicures didn't say anything or even notice when he was going off. It was business as usual, and this guy was just so bad and mean. He was visibly annoyed by her, raising his voice, very aggressive with the way he was applying the gel polish and putting her hands in the UV light. she kept trying to look at her nails cause something was wrong with them and he yelled at her. I was so mortified for her, I also didn't want to inject myself in a situation that wasn't mine to deal with. Her granddaughter was sitting in the chair next to me. I was waiting for her to say something... (I feel so guilty now, I should've done more at the moment. That's not right) I want to think they were both in shock, trying to process what was happening. The girl eventually did ask for the manager and a few minutes later he walked in, and she complained. The manager is the gentleman that sits at the front. He said he would deal with him and he apologized. Also made excuses for his behavior, said something about him having a toothache not feeling well. I was very disappointed at the scene I witness, I don't think I'm coming back. I was going through the reviews here and it is true, not everyone pays upfront- Only those who look a particular way are asked to pay upfront. I was asked to pay upfront once when they didn't recognize me as a regular, I was very under dressed on that ocasión, I paid half, and was very firm when I told them I would pay the rest when they finished and they never asked for payment upfront again. I should've throughly read the reviews before loaning my presence in this establishment. ZERO STARS is what it deserves. Just as others have stated, one of the nail techs (owner or not) certainly had an extremely condescending attitude, accompanied with rude non verbal actions. When potential clients walk-in, your conversation should not be of any with condescending tones (especially with a woman in the establishment full of women). When potential clients ask for a certain job that you claim can be done, then they EXPECT YOU TO DO SAID JOB. No attitudes or opinions are needed to accomplish the job. Other clients aren't paying for what other people want. Therefore their opinions are irrelevant. The purpose of being in this industry is to meet the need of the client. This is the job you aimed for, you willingly chose to accept all that comes with It. Extremely short nails, bleeding cuticles and a messy paint job is what I unfortunately left with from this place. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. And to top it off, the nail tech had an even worse attitude at the end b/c I refused to leave a tip. Why would anyone leave a tip for a prick who already had a inane hubris deamenor towards women? Let alone, why would you willingly put yourself within an environment with exactly what you despise? I take my daughters here for just paint. The staff is always friendly and talkative which I like. Recently took my wife and her little sister to get their nails done and both were very satisfied with the outcome. I think the guy who does nails is really good at his work, but I am harsh on my nails and asked to get them thick when he initially did the ombre. They came out cute but I broke my nails while moving at my home. When I came back to get a new set I came later on in the day called ahead and everything in which they said they would take me. When doing my nails I felt rushed and the job was rushed. Long story short: Nails broke again Polish was chipping and the shape was not coffin. They even made me feel uncomfortable when I opted not to get a more expensive pedi, when honestly their work doesn't last my polish lasted for maybe a week. They are just not as friendly as I thought they were at first and their work is not always on point. Oh and this last time my nails broke in my sleep lol like I don't know what happened. Just a plain gel full set with multiple color design and once his job was done he charged me $61!!! He told me my full set was $48 plus $5 for taking my previous nails off and $7 for the design and then he charge an extra dollar on top of that. The worst rip off of my life. He charged me extra $19 because he forgot to charge a customer for a pedicure and he told me joking he was gonna charge me for that and I thought he was kidding but at the end he did charge me for that. Let me just say that this is the most comfortable and accommodating nail shop that I have been to in quite some time. I am in search of a new nail tech and during that process I still have nails that need to be maintained. I came across this shop via other yelp reviews, it had good ratings, and was close to my house, so I decided to go. I am so thankful that I did. I am not going anywhere else and I may not even continue my search for a nail tech! I have never had SNS nails, yet I have done some research about them, so this time around I decided to get them done. A friend and I went together, the shop is very open and spacious, the décor promotes relaxation, and the overall layout of the shop is very welcoming and clean. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the shop owner, they asked us to sign in (we were walk-ins) and then asked us what we wanted. We took a moment to look at their brochure of services, the owner saw us glancing, then he came over and took the time to explain the different types of pedicures that they offer. I ended up getting a SNS full set and an organic spa pedi, while she got eyelash extensions, we were even offered water while being seated at a station. I like my nails fairly long and I am extremely picky about them. I explained that I have never had SNS nails before, so the owner explained the benefits of them in comparison to regular acrylics. I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to educate his customers, he was also very helpful and patient while I took my time trying to figure out which nail color I wanted. He told me that his wife was more skilled at the SNS nails so he would just help put the tips on my nails. One thing that I greatly appreciated was that he did not cut my natural nail, in fact he left them alone entirely, which definitely started the nail appointment off with a sweet taste. Once the tips were applied he asked me what length I would like them, again another kudos, previous shops in the past have simply cut away with no regards to my wants. I picked my color then switched stations. When I sat at his wife's station, I had two colors picked out. She asked me what style I wanted (coffin of course!) then proceeded to hook me up! Kudos!! I ABSOLUTELY love my nails. She cut the coffin style perfectly! Each nail is the same shape and all nails are even in length, size, and thickness. Instead of assuming she asked which colors I wanted for which nail, and even was able to add a little embellishments to my accent nails. She was gentle during the filing process (or at least as gentle as she could be, this portion of getting your nails done just suck in general) and she was attentive during the cutting of my cuticles. I must admit the SNS dip powder was indeed a longer process, however I think I will continue to get this style. Now, onto the pedi! Lisa was the wonderful woman who did my pedicure. She ensured I was comfortable during the entire process. She set up my chair to give me a massage, ensured the water temperature was perfect and she added rose petals to the water as well!! She was very gentle and I loved her massages especially the hot stones she rubbed on my legs. The manager started to play some tranquil music and soon I felt myself drifting off to sleep. Between the music and the soothing massage it was a pedicure straight from heaven. Shortly after my friend came out and her lashes were beyond beautiful! She was extremely pleased as well. In fact she was a little jealous that her nails were already done, and when its time for her to change them she will be coming back here! I recommend any and everyone to this nail shop. When we 1st walked in, the salon was clean and set up very nice. It wasn't crowded and we were seen right away. However our manicures were done while we sat in the Pedicure chairs and I feel that when they do that our service is short-changed. 1, because we have to stop the massaging of the chair in order to paint the nails and so I'm not getting my full massage experience; 2, I don't get the full manicure treatment either such as the cleaning of my hands or the hand massage because the space is so limited because there are chairs on both sides of me with people getting their pedicures done. However the reason for the lower rating was that not even an hour after I left the salon my nail Polish was already damaged. The nail Polish didn't even last the week. They may be good with painting acrylic nails but not so good with natural nails. Last item of note: the girl who was working the reception desk was wearing some very short booty shorts and you could see her butt cheeks from the bottom of her shorts and I thought that was very unprofessional. read more

The nails are rough on the inner side, not only does it hurt but there was some type of hardened stuff on my outer fingers. I wanted to get marble on the index fingers but they tried and couldn't do it which I wasn't mad about it, other then the nice chrome the nail polish is done sloppy. And he did nothing about my cuticles, made them even more worse then they where. So disappointed.
