My Toyota has been to this location four times & I've been there three times. I had Advisor Nicole two times & she is an absolute gem! If I could deal with her & only her each time I took my car in, I'd be extremely happy. She is a 5 Advisor through & through. Unfortunately, I was unable to honestly take the advisor survey, because the advisors are unfairly graded based on how EVERYTHING in the ENTIRE dealership is. Yes, the advisors are graded on how the manicurist did your nails & how clean the bathroom is. It's a horrid reality how the surveys are used. I can't give the dealership a ten because that's a lie & she deserves a spotless review. Based on my overall rating & experience, Nicole excluded, it's been pretty miserable going to this dealership.
First terrible experience: I came to the dealership with paint chipping all over the body of my 2016 Corolla, the staff was great until a blind (yes, he said he couldn't see), geriatric Ken doll (Service Manager, perhaps) came out & pushed his finger all over the chipping areas making the chipped areas larger. I couldn't believe my eyes! There is zero excuse why someone would do such a thing. They were unable to help with the chipping, stating that it's not a factory issue. I feel geriatric Ken should hand paint my car after that experience since he made the problem worse.
Second terrible experience: I came in with a couple of odd issues with the radio & lights. I was in the waiting room having a very informative conversation about the new Toyota's with the gentleman who checked my car in when I first arrived. I don't recall his name, but he was polite & should be selling cars. As we're chatting, another employee (possible car salesman) came up as if he was going to join the conversation, however he didn't say a word. He repeatedly looked me up & down head to toe in the most disgusting fashion I've ever experienced and that's hard to beat after I'd been in the bar industry for nearly two decades & have encountered some utterly slimy creeps. I quickly concluded my conversation with the gentleman, walked away for a few minutes & was yelled at from across the waiting room by the slimy creep. He yelled, "You lookin' for me?", I looked at him & said, "No! How dare you approach me in this way, how dare you approach anyone in this way, how dare you look at people the way you do, do you look at 16yr olds this way, etc. He froze in shock. I then walked outside & the GM followed. He asked what had happened, I told him & he didn't seem surprised at all. The GM of a company, ANY company should not allow a member of their staff to knowingly stare at crotches of customers, make them feel like a piece of meat & NO ONE should be subjected to such vulgar disrespect EVER! The GM stated that he has daughters & said it's unacceptable, however, why would you continually allow this creep to eat people alive with their eyes. However, he didn't just use his eyes. His body language was equally as vile. He did the crouch down & stare move & did the lip gesture, too. With this being said, I'd like to conclude that the female staff opened their mouths about him, too. He's obviously a problem. I was told one story & wanted to call the police on him for the staff member that had to deal with that incident. I feel terrible for the female staff that have to deal with him daily, female customers who may be too timid or uncomfortable to say anything & the advisors that receive bad survey scores for something the creep may had done. Correct the problems, GM. It's easy. My business was lost & I hope this extremely long, yet informative review is used for female customers in the future. read more
