I had an unforeseen last week, where my vacuum cleaner stopped working and even with that detail it still didn't leave the job undone. Even knowing that this would take longer than expected, he took his vacuum and did all the necessary cleaning, which made me realize that the company is always very prepared and equipped for when events like this happen. Employees are very well trained by the company, vacuuming thoroughly, scrubbing, brushing (walls, steps and tiles), emptying baskets and checking all levels of equipment and chemistry. I can tell everyone from the company to the employee who actually does the cleaning that they truly care about my pool as their own. At the end of each cleaning day, I receive an email report with a photo of the job. Again, I emphasize, they take their time and you can tell they are doing quality work. Bruno from Priority Pool Service works with us weekly to keep our pool looking great. About a year ago I hired another pool company to come out and service our pool. We had done it ourselves for 6 years but just couldn't keep up with changing schedules. After a couple of months we let them go as we were not seeing the results we expected. I asked my neighbor who she went with for pool maintenance and she highly recommended Priority Pool Service so we tried them. Bruno comes every week, about the same time or will let me know if the time will alter. He sends me a text just before arrival so I can bring in the dogs and a text immediately after he leaves. While here Bruno brushes the entire pool and spa, cleans out debris (leaves, etc.) from pool, adds products when needed and cleans out the skimmers. I don't know everything he does but our pool always looks great and not having the daily/weekly hassle of maintaining the pool since last year when Bruno started has allowed us to enjoy our pool even more. I've been a customer of PoolSense for some time now, and I must say, Lucas has made the experience absolutely seamless and exceptional. His punctuality is commendable; he's always on time and respects my schedule. Communication is one of Lucas's strong suits. He's upfront and clear about everything, keeping me updated on changes in chemical levels or anything else I should be aware of. I also love that he sends me a photo of the pool once it's been cleaned. It's a nice touch that adds an extra layer of assurance. The weekly reports I receive are comprehensive yet easy to understand, and my pool has never looked better. Seriously, the water is crystal-clear, and the chemical balance is always spot-on, thanks to Lucas. Billing is another area where PoolSense and Lucas shine. The automatic billing process eliminates any need for me to keep track, making the service even more convenient. All in all, I can't recommend Lucas from PoolSense highly enough. We purchased a new home with a pool recently and wanted service ASAP- the filters were dirty and vacuum clogged, even though the former service company was still being paid and claimed they were servicing. We obviously needed a new pool company! PoolSense got back to me very quickly and were able to schedule the next day. Oscar was the lead pool technician and spent 3 hours reviewing our system, cleaning, repairing, scrubbing & more. He answered all of our questions and was super informative and helpful to us pool newbies. He programmed our system and educated us on our particular system. I have had a pool and jacuzzi for many years but needed a new company to do some badly needed repairs and provide quality ongoing maintenance. I called PoolSense and they quickly solved my problems (which had made the pool unusable). They did some substantial repairs within 2 days of my call (one diagnostic visit the day after my call and a major repair completed the following day) and kept me informed throughout of when they would be there and what was needed. No drama, no excuses, just quality results. The ongoing maintenance began the following week. I was told when the technician would be there, and he was. He tackled some deferred chemical and cleaning problems with skill and excellent communication both during his visit and as a follow-up report after his visit. Very impressive. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews on here because I have only experienced the utmost responsive care from both my weekly technician, Thiago, and the amazing administrative staff in PoolSense's back office. My previous service company sold their clients (including our family) to PoolSense - so from new-client onboarding, updating contact informations and updating billing credit card, etc., the administrative staff have been nothing but professional and diligent in their communications and follow-up. For example, PoolSense updates us via email with our monthly credit card invoices (usually on the first of the month) and so are the weekly pool service completion report sent by Thiago after each visit. For the price paid per month, I believe the value of their services is built in. Thank you. read more

I'm an Airbnb host and my house offers has pool and heated pool and spa all year around. Few days ago during holiday break the heater stopped working while I had guests in the house. I was in urgent need and to repair the heater as earliest possible. Last week I contacted PoolSense about replacing my old pump. I spoke to the Service Manager, Ryan, and he was able to get me on the schedule the following day. While the technician was at my house, he talked me through how the system works and explained to me that my filter hadn't been cleaned in years, and that's probably why my pump died out. Can you believe my regular weekly pool guy hadn't ever done that?! I immediately signed up for PoolSense's weekly cleaning service. Every week when they are at my house they inspect my equipment as part of the service so I don't have to worry about the same problem in the future. We have just started with Pool Sense, but so far it's been a great experience. I really like how they explicitly state what they will do for the pool in a DocuSign agreement - very professional. Danny has been a pleasure to talk/text with, and Oscar was very meticulous when he came out to the house yesterday. He spent several hours "opening" the pool, meaning that he throughly cleaned everything, inspected all working parts, and told me about a few leaks that need repair. I spoke to him about my son's sensitive skin and how it reacts to chlorine, and we put together a plan to keep both the pool and its users happy using a minimal amount of chlorine. Hired PoolSense to fix my water pump, after the previous company overcharged me for a pump that ended up failing after only 2 months. My pool and jacuzzi had turned alien green with algae and white from filter leaking but PoolSense technician Oscar was able to get filter apart to empty white mess out from inside, rinse it out and replace two parts of filter then put it back together in pool area then fill with water so it now cleans water. In two hours of hard work my pump is now putting out clear water which has properly balanced chlorine and chemicals inside it. He did an awesome job and also got things ready for a regular weekly pool cleaning by another employee of PoolSense. read more
