Priority has really stepped up their service. I just picked up my car after what was an unexpected very positive experience. The 2014 Ford Focus with 18,329 miles was a vehicle I had inherited from my Uncle. It drives well & is comfortable. So I've kept it for in town driving. Suddenly one day recently it became possessed by demons. Surely that could be the only reason for such bizarre behavior. After a nervous drive to a station that could read the error codes, I learned that the problem was either the Transmission Control Computer Module or the Transmission. Knowing this was a common issue for the 2011-2015 generation of this model, I began with Ford. My messaging with Ford Customer Relations was not positive. After numerous exchanges I was told no warranty & to take the vehicle to my dealer. So I was prepared for a battle with Ford over this extraordinarily low mileage vehicle, The first person I reached by phone at Priority was very pleasant, understanding & promised to have Amanda contact me as soon as she was between customers. Amanda called in a prompt manner. She told me to bring the car in for an 8am appointment the following day. When I arrived I was told that because the "Check Engine" light went off after the station read the codes, we would have to wait until it came on again. Amanda told that me when this happened to bring the car right in with no appointment needed. My son was visiting and took the car out on a drive around town. The demons took charge of the vehicle again while on I-264. He made it to Priority & left the car with keys in the after hours box. And I........ I awaited bad news on Monday morning. This morning I received a call from Amanda that my vehicle was done. It was the Transmission Control Computer Module. Ford covered it. I could have kissed her feet when I heard that. What had begun a bad experience with Ford Customer Relations ended with a very positive experience. Thank you Priority and especially Amanda.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Priority Ford. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM for a simple oil change, and it ended up taking over five hours to complete. Throughout that entire time, I couldn't get any updates. I tried reaching out to Michael for information, but he would not text me back or communicate at all about how long the service was going to take. A basic oil change should not require that much time, and the complete lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating. Customers deserve timely updates and someone who is willing to respond when they have questions about their vehicle. I hope Priority Ford improves their communication and customer service, because this experience was unacceptable and I will never be coming back to this establishment it's quite clear y'all care more about slacking off then taking care of your customers

Proof they don't let you know you repair has been finished

I would absolutely not recommend taking your vehicle to Priority Ford for service. Every time I went in I was treated like an inconvenience and waited upwards of an hour each time. From them trying to find my keys & paperwork, to not communicating when service has been complete, and not completing quotes for several days to the point I just took my car back even though it wasn't fully repaired. I went in for a TCM (transmission control module) and once they replaced they took it on a test drive and said my car stopped driving. Then said I need a $5000+ repair to replace my clutches. Even though they said it won't drive, I drove it off the lot to AutoZone and ran the codes. Only thing popping up was TCM issues even though they just replaced it! So they either never cleared the code or didn't fix it correctly. Steer clear of Priority Ford! I literally can find one positive thing to say, except that they did offer a military discount that took off $100 from the $1350 repair.

They got the job done but anyone with a Ford Escape 2014-2019 if you starter goes out Expect too be without A vehicle for A couple months mine took 2-3 Months before I got it back and my parts and labor were about 1,400$ 1,500$. It's a lot of parts too be removed with our vehicle's due too out Suv's under hood work space being so cramped and merge with some many parts. But Also Company & Business Vehicles go before private vehicles when it comes too service I understand it's A business but we the people need too get too work too get the job and businesses running. But My advisor and Mechanic got things done pretty quick when my car was being worked on and kept me up too date.

We have typically worked directly with Kyle, the owner, especially because our children drive these vehicles and he truly values safety. This time, however, we worked with Mark. Things started off well. I made it clear that the vehicle was for my son, and initially, Mark seemed attentive. He even asked for a Yelp review while I was signing the paperwork, but I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before leaving a review. Unfortunately, after the paperwork was signed, the experience went downhill. The vehicle needed servicing because the battery would not start. Mark informed my son that a part had to be ordered and that the car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. Monday passed, and on Tuesday (1/13/26), Mark texted my son stating the vehicle would be ready at 1:00 PM. When my son and husband arrived on Tuesday, things became frustrating. They were told that the temporary tags Ms. Hall had prepared were misplaced. My husband also noticed that Mark seemed more focused on selling cars to other customers rather than assisting the customer who was standing right in front of him. It felt as though my son and his vehicle were no longer a priority since the paperwork was signed. When the car was finally started, it became clear that there was no gas in the vehicle. Mark continued running the car despite this and stated he was too busy to get gas, yet the car could not be moved off the lot. The car eventually ran out of gas right there. Mark then said he would send someone to get gas. After waiting for some time, someone arrived with a gas can, filled the vehicle, and Mark said everything was fine. However, once my husband got into the car to finally leave, he realized that the windows and radio were not working. Because of this, we were unable to even check the heating and cooling to see how it worked. My husband went back inside to inform Mark, but instead of addressing the issue, Mark told him hold on, made a phone call, spoke briefly to others, stated he was leaving, and walked out leaving my husband standing in the parking lot without any explanation. Before my husband could become more upset, AJ stepped in thankfully. I want to sincerely thank AJ, Alex, Ms. Hall, and Scott for stepping up and helping us through this situation. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. They worked together as a team to help resolve the issue. While we are still waiting for the vehicle to be fully serviced, AJ and Scott went above and beyond by providing us with a loaner car in the meantime. Because of them, our confidence in 518 Auto has not been completely lost, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

Long story short the lights came back on the dash and when my son took it to Toyota he was informed that the Transmission needed to be replaced at a price point of $7K amongst other issues including an Exhaust Leak and extensive rust that we couldn't see. Additionally, listed in the advertisement as you will see below, "warranties available" was listed. When I asked for one I was denied. Now to get to the issues. U-joints for the main drive shaft where almost completely gone. No bearings left and turned oval. Stripped lugs and lug nuts, they tried to keep on with some king of grease. Front diff cover had been smashed by someone and it was leaking, despite being listed as "no leaks". Fuel bowl regulator spring housing was installed wrong and I could see the o-ring, causing diesel fuel to dump into the valley. High pressure oil lines were leaking oil. Frame was cut for starter clearance? Also has some crazy hardware combination. They told me they bought the truck with an 8in lift and down sized it to a 4in lift (to which they gave me a receipt for)WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE FRONT DRIVESHAFT. Which means it was too long. Fully depressed against the u-joint. Put all the force the front suspension is supposed absorb into the transfer case. More about the transfer case later. I had to jack the truck up to get it out it was under so much pressure. They apparently replaced the ball joints on the front. Granted they do look newer than everything else and did provide receipts. But the boots are gone. I'm guessing from shoddy installation. The hubs, which they had to remove to install the ball joints where reinstalled 90 degrees to the right, putting the wire for the abs sensors behind the caliper and causing it to split the wire. Additionally, the snap ring THAT HOLDS THE HUB TO THE AXEL was missing on the drivers side. I'm lucky I saw the wire mistake and decided to fix it. Front tie-rod ball joints were shot and one side not even secured inside the hub. This is responsible for the steering. Remember, listed as a "daily driver". I'm starting to think either they or the person they bought it from sunk it while mudding. Either that or it was in a flood and not reported. The trans cooler was completely clogged with mud as well as the frame and many other places mud should not be. Inside door panels, dash, etc. Hidden by detailers work. The other thing that makes me think it was sunk is the transfer case fluid was chocolate milk. Signaling water was mixed with. Additionally, I'm guess from the lack of attention to detail regarding the front drive shaft, a broken piece of the internals came out with my chocolate frappe fluid. Additionally, I think they knew about this because the drain plug was suspiciously loose. Not to mention, as the dealership you're supposed to go over these vehicles when you selling them. Especially listed as a daily driver. And a "GOOD DAILY" at that! To top it all off they tried to not give me the stock rims in the truck, shown in the listing, in the bed of the truck. The salesmen came up to me and literally lied through his teeth. He said "they're for another truck, they don't even go to this thing". But when driving in my neighborhood I saw the same truck with the same rims, searched on google and realized they're my stock rims...... Which they did give back after asking for a review! hahahaha Good news is I have receipts. I was required to sign an "as-is" agreement, but in the Commonwealth, that's not the end all be all. Refusing me a warranty when it was advertised as having one available is illegal in itself. If google wasn't being a PIA I would have all the photos attached. I will edit later to add them. Including the original listing pulled from their website.
