Brutal service. Anything but quick. Took 5+ hours to put on a tire, singular, and replace a battery. Everyone in the waiting area has been waiting since before noon. No cars have been serviced. Oh and the coffee machine only dispenses hot water. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE read more

Service manager finally called back two months later. Gave me an inaccurate explanation for why an exhaust line was disconnected. Informed him that what he was saying was incorrect. He went silent and just repeated himself before saying that perhaps someone else who worked on the car had disconnected it (at the time they were the only ones who had ever touched it). I contended that it's hard to resolve the issue two months later, at which point he said he'd called but I never answered. I have 0 missed calls from him. Just another example of bold faces lies. read more

I was extremely lucky in my car buying experience here. I worked with Tien who was the most patient sales manager with me. I would hound him with questions all hours of the day even when he wasn't at work. He answered all of my questions honestly to the best of his ability. I ended up coming in on his day off. He set me up with his co-worker Robert. It was fate that I waited to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle through them. It is exactly what I'm looking for within my price range. Michael, who did my paperwork did not make the process feel rushed or pushy. While they do have a large selection of brand new vehicles, they have a great pre-owned inventory, too! I've had some pretty terrible experiences at dealerships previously. Today's process has been a walk in the park. I will definitely recommend any of my family and friends to come see these gentlemen. read more

Called up to the customer service department the other day to ask if they could send me a generic scheduled maintenance paper so I would know what needs to be done at which intervals. The Rep on the phone said that since I had not ever had my 2017 for Escape serviced there, she couldn't send me one! I told her I've had the oil changed there before, so it's been serviced at least once, I usually go to the priority Honda dealer in Chesapeake near me for oil changes. When she refused my request, I told her, "Now I know why I go to their Honda dealer and not to them!" I told her I couldn't afford their prices and go to my local ASE garage near me, who is cheaper. All she did was chase away a perspective client. Shame that the dealership would treat their clients this way. Won't be using them unless absolutely necessary when it comes to warranty work... read more

Service advisor kept me updated with the status of repairs while the truck was getting warranty work done. Great service. .

Giving them an extra star since the primary salesman was otherwise a pleasure to work with and they were nice enough to send me a one way Lyft. Where to start? So, they conveniently lost my file with the 1k deposit on my maverick. After they magically found it they tried marking it up 10k from the price I reserved it at. A year later when I go to pick it up they tack on $500 minus the $20 credit for the 4G LTE for $480 total (unitemized and just hidden baked into their new price). I called them out on it and they still did not want to rectify matters. They wouldn't even provide me an explicit line item credit of $20 for the 4G LTE removal (LOL!!!). The new pricing took effect months AFTER I placed my order in Sept of 22. The problem I have is that this is not the original agreed upon price. Priority Ford will be claiming the rebate and not passing it onto me. Ultimately it's up to the dealer to do so. This review should not be a surprise since I did tell my salesman I would raise a fuss after giving him the chance to make right of the situation. I also refused to sign the $0 market adjustment document since their new base price is in fact a market adjustment after the original agreed upon price in Sept of 22. I waited a full trip around the sun for a vehicle only to pay more? Doesn't make sense. For the reasons listed above I do not recommend Priority Ford. read more

I hope you have better experiences. * On one of my visits, the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk damaged my F150 HD Edition front end, spilled oil all over the motor. The dealer fixed it, but I was hesitant to return. * I eventual started going back and then the same Quick Lane didn't install the hub caps on properly when rotating the tires and I had to repurchase two very expensive HD hub caps. T * he most recent visit the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk refused to flush transmission saying it had been too long since the last flush, but it was previously performed by the dealer and the transmission has been replaced by ford. This dealership was great as Freedom Ford, but has been a very poor experience since the transition to Priority Ford. I won't return and I purchased several vehicles from this dealer and other priority dealerships. I feel the dealership needs new service management. The service manager called and suggested I take my vehicle to the dealership for service. read more

The service department of this Priority Ford comes across as exceptionally disorganized, they're uncommunicative, hard to get a hold of, and lacking in basic customer service. Our first experience with them was less than stellar, however we gave them the benefit of the of the doubt with covid. We are now experiencing similar issues with our service experience yet again, lack of organization and communication, and overall poor customer service. read more

All Smoke and Mirrors. Zero transparency. First and Last visit. Scheduled a transmission flush and oil change for my 2006 Ford Expedition, dropped it off at 0930 with no issue. The attendant was super professional, and seemed very nice. I asked about turn around time she replied a few hours, which is typical. Was quoted 68.99 for a full synthetic oil change, and charged $88.13. Was quoted 200.00 for the transmission flush and charged $208.15. Also charged by the dealership for a "Customer pay shop charge for repair charge" $19.35 Delivery of the vehicle was "promised" at 12:00pm. However the dealership did not call until 15 minutes prior to closing that the vehicle was ready at 2:45pm. Also no window sticker was supplied to document the oil change. Any dealership that can't get the basics correct, and then charges patrons extra for bogus administrative charges does not deserve to be in service. I'll continue to get my vehicle serviced at RK Auto in Virginia Beach and drive the extra 30 minutes for exponentially better service. read more

This is one of the worst service centers I gave ever dealt with. I have on three priority car over the last 12 years two Honda and one Ford Honda dealership was great Ford service center was the worst I've ever seen. It is always a hassle when you go in for service very slow and very unsupportive. This is taking place over the last three years on a new Ford F-150 there are more option to buy cars than this location and I will use them next time. The truck has been a great vehicle but the service hasn't lived up to what it should be on a car of this type. My last experience was with a priority employee Kelli Preston in the Quick Lane Service in this will be my last experience at this location. If it wasn't for a young man by the name of Jonathan the Quick Lane Service Manager I would have left without service at all. read more

Update: another free oil change and paid for tire rotation. This time the upsell was for brake pads / rotor. They made it sound as if my brakes could fail on the way home. Actually the measurements were "fair." They will need service in a bit. Not yet. Read this before you go. https://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/top-10/top-10-ways-youre-overcharged-for-service.html Went in for my free oil change - priority oil changes for life - and to pay for a tire rotation. They came out and said I needed to have my air filter replaced and that I really needed to have their premium fuel service - to clean the injector, etc. I was dumb enough to get it. It's totally on me that they charged me $35 to your basic air filter in. The fuel service was around $137. Been doing oil changes there for a long time - the car is a 2010. Had never felt that they were pushing unused services on me before. After I approved the work, I sat down to read a book. After maybe 20 minutes I started paying attention to the people around me. They recommended extra services to everybody there. Every customer got told they needed the fuel service and other things. They are clearly pushing products now. That's too bad. I'll keep getting my free oil changes, but I'll pay for the other services somewhere else. If they tell you you need extra work done, verify it somewhere else. read more

My visit started in a very frustrating way because they could not find my appointment but they were able to accommodate my needs after a bit of conversation, so I greatly appreciate that. I would have given more stars but was very disappointed in their lack of COVID preparations. I can't give less stars. Took my car in and they are charging me 200 for a couple parts cool no big even though I found the exact oem parts at orielys for 97 and then on top of that bull crap labor prices of 800 to 900 dollars. This is why I do my own work on my car but can't since I don't have access to a lift. This is the last time I'll ever bring my car to get serviced at a dealership who rapes peoples pockets. I even said I could get the parts they said no because they won't trust putting parts from an unknown source. If you want your wallet raped and overpriced parts sure take it here. I scheduled a follow-up appointment February 2021 specifically for an issue I asked them to look at during my State Inspection/Oil change visit, January 2021, with my 2019 F250SD. They completed the State Inspection and oil change quickly but I felt it was too fast to look at my issue (a noise occurring at 37mph) and it came back no issue found. I hear the noise every time I drive and I know its not "Tire Noise" as was verbally expressed to me the first time. This is my 3rd F250 2016, 2017, 2019, one with the same tires, engine etc, and it had no such noise. When I scheduled the second appointment I clearly expressed this and that I've owned/purchased new Ford Trucks since 1986, probably at least 12 or more I would not like to be given probably "Tire noise" again. I called Ford Customer week before the appointment and expressed this as well stating that I would not keep a vehicle that Ford wouldn't support. The Ford Customer Serviced Rep that I talked was the best 'Anything but a Ford Salesman" that I have encountered in 36 years. Long Story short, The Priority Ford Technician took a ride with me and I pointed out the noise where it occurred and returned to the dealership for him to take a look and asked if he founds a F250 with the same setup, engine, tires, etc. and let me drive it and if it exhibited similar noises then I would just contribute it to inherent vehicle noise. I sat waiting for 6 hours and finally went to the Service Advisor to inquire as to the status of my truck when the Tech walks in and sees me he had the Deer in Headlight look saying he was looking for a similiar equipped F250 to drive. Oh well, I no longer own, or will own a Ford after 35 years. These issues are just with Priority Ford and the Ford Motor Company, I have purchased 4 other vehicles from Priority Dealership's, 2 Corvettes and 2 Toyota's and continue to receive excellent service from their respective dealerships. I have never received a Customer Satisfaction Survey Request from Priority or Ford Customer Service to date. I called Ford Customer Service today and informed them that I was going to post a dissatisfaction article on them. If the Dealership or Car manufacturer won't support loyal customers then move on to one that returns your loyalty. read more

The service at Priority Ford for my visit was Excellent. Under promise over deliver is the best way to describe it.

Sales is excellent. However, service is a complete nightmare; especially regarding service. Called for appt. thru the central operator for list of items (oil, safety, radio door gasket and upholstery). Operator assigned my (unbeknownst to me) work to the quick/express sevice center. When I arrived, sevice redirected my to the other quick/express branch. Upon pickup, only two of five items complete. I was told to reschedule next door for other three items. Weeks later, dropped car off for next round with service agent/consultant. Next day, different consultant called wife with adjusted bill. Wife stated we would call her back. After numerous attempts via central call center miss directs to the consultant's voicemail, I had to drive there after work the next day to address...never received a return calls. After visit and venting frustration with service manager, was assured all would be done and he was sorry for the issue. After a few days, we were called car was ready for pick-up. We picked up the car, and noticed upholstery issue was not fixed. Additional, as my wife drove off the lot, the radio malfunctioned. Back to the dealer after work the next night to reschedule another appointment and discuss with my sales rep; whom was superb when we purchased the car new 40 some odd months earlier. Sales rep set me up with new service manager who explained the rest the radio and tech tested, then assured they would replace it and fix the seat. Upon completion of the next visit, radio fix, upholstery never touched. Thru the whole process, dealt with too many service consultants, felt extreme frustration over lack of returned communications which required in person visits the check status. Because of dealership's customer communication issues, I will wave my priorities for life. It just isn't worth the frustration. Hopefully, the dealer will fix the communications by ditching the central call center and replace with customers calling the service rep/consultant directly. The central call center hurts the dealership. read more
