This store is located in busy area of Seattle downtown near the Pike Street. There were several sections for men's, women's, kid's apparels, shoes, accessories like bags, totes, suitcases, home goods, jewelry and so many more stuff. The store was mostly tidy. Some sections were messy due to customers trying them out and leaving items on the floor. There were plenty of good deals and prices available all around the store. I can to the store to find a duffle bag for our extra stuff. I found a good one in the luggage area for a reasonable price. I also had a $10 discount coupon available for my birthday month. Staff member at the register was friendly. She quickly proceeded the checkout. Overall we were happy with the shopping experience here, but they can certainly improve on appearance and lighting of the store.

I hope everything goes well! Package came in, and realized that the tee wasn't in there. It was later noted that my tee would be coming in later on the physical receipt, with no tracking number... Ok that's fine. Open the shoe box, and samba's are a tried on pair with dirty insoles, retied laces, no paper and creasing. That's not cool, I'm paying full retail price for a new pair. Receipt says final sale on full retail priced items. Was not notified during check out online. Customer care replied saying that the reason why domestic shipping is so expensive is because they have to ship from another likelihood store. So I'm paying double shipping? Why was I not told about this? Final sale was because I used a 10% code. Again, was NOT notified online. They did not want to at LEAST give me a partial refund for the samba's, and said they would waive the final sale so that I could return them. After all that terrible service, I would even have to pay for shipping to return a dirty pair of shoes. Disappointing. The worst customer service I've had to deal with. Sad. The staff often brings out new clothes and there are fitting rooms! You do have to leave your personal bag outside the fitting room door and there's an employee who will watch them for you (trying to prevent theft).
