My girlfriend broke her foot on our week long getaway trip and was provided with crutches through a hospital. I took the offer and gentleman had arrived within the hour of our phone call. He gave me a quick run down of the scooter and we were on our way. The knee scooter was a game changer for my girlfriend. Her quality of life improved ten fold and was able to get used to it fairly quickly. We managed to still visit places we wanted to without having her out of breath and sore if she still had her crutches. We have used wheels for feet for years now! As my parents entered their 80s, they still wanted to participate in our yearly weeklong family reunion. Our reunion site is a family tradition, but requires a lot of walking. Every year since 2018 we have rented a scooter for one week in July. Every year Wheels for Feet has dropped it off and picked it up a week later, to our home, on time. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. On the day of the delivery WFF comes to my house with a tiny scooter that was not going to work. This was a surprise to me since he knew I weighed #200 and just had a total knee replacement. A few hours later he came back with another cart that barely seemed safe to ride but I accepted to delivery. My father and I took the cart in my truck to Pike Place for a little outing. We put the cart together and the horn went off as soon as I started it and would not go off. The wheelchair was put back in the truck and I called WFF and there was nothing they could do. The next morning we arranged for a pick up. I I requested to not be charged. Today I received a bill for parts and labor on the horn and one day rental. I feel this is bad business practices and intend on disputing the charges. read more

If you need a knee scooter, buy new one one and sell it on craigslist when you are done or buy a used one. A new one costs about the same as one month's rental. The first one I got had an old worn out knee rest and split apart with regular use. The second one had one good cushion and the other worn and split with regular use. The charged my credit card without my approval. They were also rude when trying to explain the situation. read more

They were super-professional, immediately worked with me to find a solution that would allow me to enjoy my vacation, and they were really easy to work with. Summary: Poor customer support experience, poor quality product, but if you do need to contact customer support, just skip the first conversation and ask to speak with a manager directly (the managers are great). I rented a scooter from Wheels for Feet for my elderly father to use on my parents' recent trip to Europe. The scooter provided seemed to be functioning well on delivery, but quickly fell apart once used. Specific issues with the scooter included a dismal battery life (~30 minutes on a charge) and poor portability/usability due to broken and low quality parts. The customer service was very hit and miss. The front-line support staff (when they could be reached, which, contrary to their advertising, is not 24/7) was generally difficult to work with, often interrupting me to answer the question they THOUGHT I was asking, rather than waiting to listen to the question I was actually asking. The one bright spot here were the support center managers, who were very helpful, and seemed to go out of their way to try and find solutions to the issues with the scooter. Overall, it was not a good experience, but they get one point for helpful and dedicated support center managers. read more

The bolt fell out within the first five minutes, we weren't able to adjust the wheelchairs to size and the people that picked them up were rude. Reserved 2 chairs to be delivered at 12:00 pm. Showed up at 12:30. Chairs both clean and in good condition. Used chairs for several days on cruise. Called for pickup an hour ahead of exiting cruise ship. Got a call back later that traffic was bad and they would meet us at the airport to pickup chairs. Driver called and said he would be late and to leave them at Southwest desk. Southwest does not accept or hold random drop offs. Call office back to tell them and man we talked to was extremely rude and said we would just have to wait with the chairs and would be responsible for them if we just left them unattended and that he the driver picking them up should not have told us to leave them. Driver finally showed up 45 minutes late. Was very apologetic and offered a $5 coffee coupon. Very poor and rude service. Definitely try everyone else first. read more

I'm amazed at the 5 stars this business has gotten. I ordered a scooter that was delivered on time but I had to return it because the brakes were set incorrectly and it wouldn't move and had to go back to their shop. They brought me another scooter that had handlebars that would not stay parallel with the wheels. Someone came by to fix that for me but told me that there was a screw missing and he took it back to the shop. I was left with no scooter. At this time, I really didn't trust their equipment so I called them to ask for a refund. I have not received a call back from anyone. read more

We found this company last minute on a Friday night, but lo and behold, they have GREAT hours: open until 8pm every day. They delivered a wheelchair to our home next morning (on a Saturday!), right on time. We were so glad to have had the chair - it made our last romp down the viaduct with our ailing kid possible. They came and picked up the chair next day. Could not have been easier. The customer service was stellar as well, from the person who answered our call (and online chat) on Friday night, to the delivery and pick up drivers to the person who called to coordinate alternate times for pick up due to the snow. I called Wheels for Feet to rent a wheelchair for the week. They provided me with the perfect wheelchair--a light chair with the ability to have my injured leg raised--exactly what I wanted. They delivered the chair on time to my AirBnb rental. They picked the chair up early Saturday morning, per my request, even though their normal pick up hours are later in the day. Lost cell phone reception on my end a couple of times when I was trying to reserve a wheelchair and they were always quick to either call me back or remembered exactly who I was and we would pick up where we had left off like there had never been a delay. They brought my wheelchair to me right on the street in Pike Place Market and they were very good about making sure we had plenty of time to see all we wanted to.
