She blindly refused a chemotherapy patient without assessment. The definition of patient abandonment! The pharmacist didn't even want to speak with me, she just nodded at the tech throughout the conversation. But never was the profile looked at. The tech just took the bottle and peered at it from below and saw some pills inside. There was a valid refill left on the script. This occurred today, but I will be following up with CVS corporate and file the complaint to the district leader for this gross patient abandonment.

The person working the pharmacy blamed me for not checking and receiving a notification that my medication was ready, that I should have waiting until I received a notification that my medication was ready for pickup. Advised her that the system does not tell me to wait for a notification and that it only said that it would be ready at 12pm yesterday. Left without my medication, when I got home (5mins later) I get a call from her saying my prescription is ready for pickup up. No apologies, still saying I should have received a notification yesterday for pick up. Horrible service!

    I've been a loyal customer at this QFC on 145th for 18 years…read more Never had a single issue always a great experience. That changed today. I decided to try the pickup service for the first time. I pulled into the designated pickup area and stayed in my car the entire time while I worked on placing my order through the app. At no point did I leave my vehicle. Within minutes, an employee came out and gestured at the signage. I acknowledged it with a thumbs up I was aware of where I was. Shortly after, a second employee named Jesse approached and asked me to leave. When I requested to speak with a manager, he told me he was the manager. His name tag, however, read "Assistant Manager." To be clear: I was sitting in my car, in the pickup area, attempting to use QFC's own pickup service. That's exactly what the space is for. Instead of offering any assistance, two employees came out to confront me, and one misrepresented his role when I asked for management. After 18 years of shopping at this location without a single negative experience, this interaction was disappointing. The lack of customer service awareness and the dishonesty about a job title were completely inappropriate. I'll be reaching out to someone above store level about this. QFC still rocks in my eyes. But how these employees hounded me. Made me feel left me leaving empty handed today
