My experience with Nasu was stellar. I was doing well on crutches but wanted a knee stroller for an event (street fair) where I'd have to be up and about longer. The owner was a great communicator (we worked through text and he was very responsive) and the service was just as promised! Fantastic rates compared to other places, and didn't have a one-month minimum (two-week minimum was fine), which was helpful since I'm nearly off my crutches. Though delivery and pickup are available, I (thankfully) didn't break my driving foot, so was able to go pick it up for a discounted rate. He let me look at two types of scooters and try them out a tiny bit. The scooter I picked was in great condition and easy to use, and fit in the back of my hatchback VW Golf just fine. And I zipped easily through the street fair. I hope to never need a knee scooter again, but if I do, I know just who to contact. read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUPPORT!!! On Oct 30th I had an emergency eye surgeon appointment, because I was seeing curtains. I was summarily scheduled for emergency eye surgery the following day (Oct 31) to repair retinal detachment and a hole in my retina, plus the removal of scar tissue and fluid from under my retina. I called Nasu Enterprises on Oct 30 to rent the face support, sleep support, and seated support systems. Kiel delivered, setup, and explained how to use the equipment the very next day, Oct 31 -- several hours before my emergency surgery was scheduled, so I would be prepared when I got home. So, like most guys I thought I could handle using crutches - I was wrong! After one day on crutches I need a better alternative. I called around to numerous places and lets just say they all lacked basic communication and customer service skills. I call NASU and explained my situation and need for a knee scooter. Within two-hours I had an industrial strength scooter at my door. He's very personable and has a friendly way about him. He explained the service rental contract and even took the time to adjust my scooter 'multiple' times to address my comfort level. Renting a scooter from them was a life saver. I broke three bones in my foot and until we rented a scooter, my poor husband had to help me get everywhere. He called Nasu and they asked him questions about my size etc and they delivered the scooter within the hour. They wore masks and showed me how to use the scooter before they left. The price was very reasonable and when I could finally walk (with the boot on) they came and got the scooter. They were quick, professional and abosolutely the best. Nasu rents durable medical equipment, primarily for recuperating from eye surgery (needing to stay face-down for an extended period of time) or foot surgery. The equipment itself is a godsend (I cannot imagine having to spend all day & all night face-down without the proper chair and sleep aids) and the man who provides this service is exceptionally kind, caring and helpful. He delivers, sets up, and provides tips for successful recovery, then retrieves the equipment when you're done. Best not to ever need this, but if you do, it couldn't be better than Nasu. read more
