Since my present hospital bed is breaking down, I had the owner of my AFH contact them for a replacement. After months (and doctor visits) after getting the prescription approved, they *finally* contact the home to say that they did not get the prescription approved in a timely manner, and since they no longer accept my insurance, they were unable to fulfill the request. This, after they delayed for months until such time as they no longer took the insurance certainly sounds fishy, to say the least, especially since we faxed them the prescription the moment we received it from my primary care doctor. I have suggested that our home no longer use the service, and also suggest that you do likewise.

This is by far the best place to get a massage. I'm not a massage person (they rarely do anything…read morefor me. And most of the time, I feel as if my wife could offer the same quality --and she is no massage therapist). I came to Allstar massage because of three things: 1) my left trapezius was in terrible pain from over working it (from working out and having a desk job that forced me to sit and design all day long), that I couldn't lift my left arm up past my chest. 2) This place had wonderful reviews, so I thought, "Why not? Couldn't be worse than the others." 3) And finally, it has a one $ for the price! First thing I want to say is that this place is NOT a one $. It's not overly expensive, at $75 for a combination massage, but it's no $29 for an hour like at Massage Envy (horrible place to get a massage in my opinion. But that's for another day). What you WILL get is someone who is HIGHLY knowledgable and have been at it for awhile. And that's really all I'm looking for. I had Terry and she was amazing! I told her about my trapezius problem and she knew about all the muscles that connected to it that was also a cause of the problem and concentrated on those as well as my trapezius. None of this "let me try this mew fangled technique where I just test my palm slight on your hip to ease you into nirvana..." BS. Just pure proven, scientific, technique and knowledge. I've had problems with my trapezius before and it usually takes a little over two months to heal, but seeing Terry twice in a span of two weeks healed it up in half the time. I was blown away! I told my wife about it and brought her along for my 3rd visit (she also is not a fan of getting massages), and she was also highly impressed with her massage (she had Marina). I can't say if anyone else is as great as Terry (only person I've gotten massages from there) or Marina (my wife loves her), but I can say that this is the only massage center that I've come back to. Just a wonderful place with a great staff. UPDATE: Terry wasn't available, got Cheryl and she was...AMAZING! So knowledgable and precise with her massages. Would highly recommend Cheryl as well as Terry.

08/27/24 Update:…read more We've been back about 3-4x now since my 1st review and I've noticed a huge difference in customer service! My son has been coming every week for his contact lens training and they even know him by his 1st name now. The front desk personnel are friendly and accommodating and Dr. Wong is amazing as usual. She's very warm and great with kids! As long as customer service continues to be good like what we've been experiencing the past month, I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs! Location is great as well, lots of restaurants close by.

I went in to have an annual exam as part of my driver's license requirement. After going through…read moreall the tests, they refused to offer a prescription and said i was surgical and would not sign off on state driver's license form... While I respect keeping dangerous people off the road, they refused to offer a prescription to meet the requirements. After meeting with the surgical team, i was told a prescription would be fine as I did meet and pass the states requirement, but a prescription would be helpful for my vision until such time surgery is scheduled and repairs my vision. I then went back to Coal Creek Family Vision, scheduled an appointment for prescription the next day... They refused to see me at my scheduled time as they were reviewing my information. I was then told a different Doctor would be taking over... it has now been about a month and no communication from them, but they did bill me and my insurance... I would not recommend them and found the manner in which they handled a sensitive matter at a stressful time to be less than desirable.

I only wish that I had prescheduled an appointment prior to giving birth rather than wait until after. The lactation help you receive at the hospital is not enough. Optimum Wellness gave me support over the phone from a lactation nurse then 3 days later I was able to get somebody to come to my house. She spent 2 hours with me going over baby's latch, did a pre and post weigh and discussed and problem solved all the issues I was having with breastfeeding. It was so incredibly helpful! Andrea was my nurse and she called me several times afterwards to check on me. She also provided me with many resources/recommendations for breastfeeding groups, naturopaths that were well informed with breastfeeding (there is not many out there). I can't even begin to express my gratitude for this company. I totally reccomend their services. They make it very easy to bill insurance. You do have to prepay first then they send it to your OB to fill out and sign paperwork then depending on your insurance, you should be reimbursed. The service was a little over 200 dollars but incredibly worth it.

A doctor was funny but my problem is that I wish they would've called me to tell me that they couldn't do my glasses instead of waiting a month after to tell me that they couldn't do it. They could've told me like a week before or something like that instead of telling me a month later that they couldn't do that for me like that's very unprofessional to me. I'm sorry about that but it is. I would never come back here because of this like please do better next time
