They really care about what their customer base needs and wants, even bringing in users to test out products and do "human trials". I have two Body Point products - a calf strap and a pelvic stabilizer. I prefer not to use the stabilizer day-to-day, as I shift positions frequently in my chair, and I transfer in and out often. However, it's exactly what I need to help keep me firmly locked into my chair when I'm being active (working out, handcycling, etc). Since I put the calf strap on my chair I won't take it off! It's made of their Aeromesh material, which breathes and is very lightweight. It's a much better performing accessory than the standard calf strap that comes with a chair. I don't think that any other companies make a comparable product. I've worked with clients who use their shoulder harness and chest supports to maintain upright posture in their chairs. These products allow wheelchair users to interact with the world, and to help increase independence. I'm a big fan! Very proud that they're a Seattle company!

Being a T5 paraplegic i was intrigued by it because of the stability it offered during day to day activities. I am currently using the smaller sized BP Evoflex belt on my everyday chair and I'm loving it.I just ordered myself a new TiLite everyday chair and I made sure to order it with the Evoflex belt. I get a lot of questions from people when they see that I have a belt on my chair since I was one of those people that did always without any kind of seatbelt. I don't always strap on the belt. I mainly use it when I'm sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time to keep myself aligned in my wheelchair or when I need some extra stability like when in the weight room working out. I also use the belts on my basketball chair. Will definitely never go without one of these belts again.... I am currently looking at some of their other products to help me with other needs in my day to day life.

I can't say enough to show how much I appreciate the people working here when I came in to pick up…read moresome medicine that I needed to have on the afternoon of Xmas Eve. I had just been released from the hospital on the condition that I pick up this medicine and start taking it twice a day, immediately. And of course the pharmacies, all of them in the area, were going to be closed soon and thru the following day. I did not want to spend Xmas in the hospital, so I was willing to pay the $500+ deductible. Medical insurance is a joke. But the cashier at the pharmacy noticed the price was so high and asked if I had insurance. I handed over my card and she tried to see if she could get the price down. She could not, so she asked her coworker/supervisor. This second lady looked into it, explained to me what my insurance was picking up and what my insurance said I was supposed to pay. I said, "yeah, that sucks but I guess I have to pay it" and started getting my credit card ready. She said for me to hold on, they were going to see if there was anything else that they could do. I can see in the back another guy getting pulled into this, and he starts searching the computer for other options. He does not give up. Maybe 5 minutes later he has me pay $10. Saved me over $500. I went back to my car, grabbed some cash and went back to give them a tip and they couldn't take it, said they would get fired if they did. This is what I'm doing to say thanks.
