The biggest complaint I have against CVS is the lack of communication with the pharmacist. You can never talk to a pharmacist unless you leave a message. It may take up to 24 hours before you hear back. There have been times when it was vital to talk to them immediately. I truly hope you have a better experience. Hopefully you will not run into the same problem.

Also, contrary to what CVS employees say, they are unable to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy because their system doesn't work. Solution: Move prescriptions to QFC Pharmacy one block away 4550 42nd Avenue SW 206-923-6391 (press 0 to bypass phone tree silliness) Fax: 206-923-6394 To move your prescription you will have to change the pharmacy in your MyChart or whatever you use. If you need a prescription filled right away, notify your doctor and tell them to send it to QFC (or your new pharmacy of choice). And finally...A lot of people are dealing with this issue. QFC is getting a lot of new business. CVS said to check back in a couple months to see if they are taking Navitus. But it is so inconvenient to change again, I will never use CVS to fill a prescription again. I imagine CVS will lose some serious income. Good luck. Stay healthy.

Then I noticed the ice cream line was lime and the young lady, Asian, was do her best to keep up while 3 others on that wide were also gathered laughing it up and offered her no help. Summer is here and I really hope they have discussions with their employees about customer service. It would be really nad business to lose customers because of lazy employees that are more concerned with socializing with each other. He stalked me around the store multiple times. I finally reported him when he stalked me out to my car. The man also never rings me up right. He's had multiple issues where he does not know how to properly scan rewards. Today I came in to redeem one of my 4 free drinks. He was trying to have me pay and I finally said you know what, I'm just going to leave if this reward doesn't work out. It didn't. I tried to leave but he stopped me to yell saying "then why do you waste cup waste drink?" I explained to him that I had come for my reward so he would have to take it up with 711, his system management or his manager. He continued to harass me so I started recording him. I asked him again why he was yelling at me and he continued to laugh, proceeded to record me. I showed the rewards again and explained if he didn't know how to use his system it's ok but that he can't go yelling at customers making them feel bad and accusing them of waste just because he doesn't want to contact his management about his negligence because it's been months and he still neglects to learn his system or customer service.
