Poor to non-existent phone access. Feels like being in a dystopian scifi movie when I arrive at the site and must engage with the robot check-in podium. Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

Thank you very much to the receptionist (I forgot to ask for her name) and Alma. The staff here in this office was working very hard to accommodate many walk-in and appointment patients. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for a second visit, hoping my first experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. I've never been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider. Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to help, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be stressed or anxious. Then I try to use the online "assistant". Simple "need test results" i wrote, and it said "I'm sorry, i don't understand what you are asking". So i put "test results". "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.". Omfg, so, i create a online profile. NOPE. I typed in my question to send to them and it says. "Remove spaces and special characters from message." So, I did, still won't accept my message. Trying to talk to anyone on the phone, you need a good hour to even get that done, and finally when the operator answers, they will be vile, and rude and tell you they cannot assist you..... So, let me get this straight? You want $2000 from me, to run tests I never get back, i can't access, i can't find, you don't have any easily accessible source of information or customer service. AGAIN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Go to ANY LAB TEST NOW, and you can get your stuff within a couple of days, for half the price EASILY, no headache, they literally email the results to you. I called the McKinney office and they told me as long as I was there by 3:00 they could do the test. I went to the McKinney office today. Got there about 2:45. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Ashley who told me to sign in at the front desk on a tablet that was standing up on the counter, a clever way to display it. The sign-in process was very short and simple, unlike a lot of the tablets I encounter at medical offices. She told me that it would be just a few minutes and my wait was very short. Ashley was very nice and friendly and this was probably the most painless blood draw I have ever had. Ashley answered all my questions without hesitation and in a very pleasant and helpful way. If your doctor has given you orders for Any Lab Test Now, I suggest you go to the McKinney location. They will treat you right!

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

Had a prepaid Quest sold Test that the Tech…read more(Ellie?) would not accept the Quest email on my phone (insisting I had to printed!!), then said that there is no such Test purchased from Quest. Then called her Senior (Kiara) that would clarify there is such Quest Prepaid Test but would keep saying that they couldn't find it. In the process they keep blaming me (the customer that has purchased many Quests Tests before). Finally they find it and said that was "On Hold" and that I have to call Quest (they also blamed me for being "on Hold"). When I tell them "but YOU are Quest" they said they don't call that "other department". They me asked to go out of my appointment for me to "call Quest". The folks at Quest headquarters were super nice (Carla) who said that my Quest purchased Test was active and available (that they are always "on-hold" until the Quest Office will pick it). She offered and called this Quest Location but they never picked up the call from their own headquarters. I ended up driving several miles to the Quest Carrollton location which made it all happen.
