Eric is so awesome!!! He does amazing work and is so helpful. We've gotten a lot of things printed for our small business and everything has turned out better than we could have imagined. Thank you read more

Erik and his crew are so good at what they do. I had to get ledgers printed for my office a couple of years ago and they were able to redo my old distorted scanned pdf into a nice clean pdf for new ledgers to print. I had to pick up a new order of ledgers yesterday and I was nervous about going into the store due to COVID, and they were so accommodating, came out to my car to take payment and deliver my order. I would highly recommend their services. Support local! read more

I have been using these guys for years to print my business cards, flyers, banners, and other assorted promotional materials. They do great work at reasonable prices, and turn the jobs out quickly. Plus, they're super convenient, located right across the street from my store! read more

Great service, price, and quality. Locations: I originally was at the Glendale lab (also printing business cards), but the photo machine was in the process of being replaced. So thankfully here is this second location-not too far apart. Maybe less than a 10 minute drive without traffic. Service and Quality: I was invited to have my work displayed on the last minute and needed them on the same day. I got lost on the way, and they were extremely friendly guiding me. When I wasn't satisfied with the first print with a bit of magenta on a blk and wht photo, they were willing to print another one for me. Printed photo look as it did on the computer. Both locations are great. They did everything they can to help meet my deadlines. I also have my project printed here-a background for a sculpture and looked really realistic. When I posted my piece online, my friends thought it was real. I have a friend who paid just $5 less to have her background printed at Fed Ex, and quality was a bit muddy. So it is worth the drive. read more

Printefex is the best company I've worked with. As a realtor, I constantly need flyers, mailers, open house signs, for sale signs and sign riders - and usually on short notice. I have tried going through some of the bigger companies in town but you don't get the same level as service as Printefex. They have a great support staff that not only assists me with my prints but even gives great suggestions on the content I need printed. I can't tell you how many times they have saved me money by suggesting different sizes, materials and set ups. Their suggestions are usually better than what I had thought up! Thank you once again for all your help! I look forward to many more orders! My clients always compliment me on my marketing materials thanks to you! read more

Always on point, efficient and helpful. They always go the extra mile. Excellent staff! And top notch quality. The best.

I was having trouble finding a local printer who could do good digital photo prints - why is that so hard to find? Well, Printefex to the rescue! They're photo prints are professional quality, no compromising on the original exposure or color of the image you send them. They're system is very easy to send them digital files to print on their website, and use show up for pick up. The employees are very friendly. Thanks! read more

Absolutely love this place! Gets me in and out every time i go in! Employees are super helpful! I can send and have a reasonable number of pictures printed within minutes! Also great with same order fills! read more

I wont go back. They had poor service and the owners were arguing right outside the store. I would recommend Copy Network, must nicer to work with! read more

If we had a place for negative stars than I would place them at negative 3. My wife an I are small business owners that depend on services like the ones offered here. Since we live close to the location we decided to take our business here instead of taking to Glendale or Burbank. Long story short my wife dealt directly with the owner Eric, and on not two, but four occasions did he not have the order ready. I guess our job wasn't big enough to garner the attention needed. His employee Silvia came through, thus the reason for the 2 stars. read more

I called Printefex because I needed 175 postcards made in less than 2 hours. I was desperate, and Sylvia was amazing! She got me a quote in less than 5 minutes, and had my job done 15 minutes before my cutoff time. She even overheard me say I needed to ship the postcards overnight and prepared a box for me! Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Printefex! read more

This is the only place to have any custom photo work for business or personal. Eric is fast with deadlines and the quality of his work is excellent. You need not to go any further than Printflex....having 30 years plus in knowing the owner !! read more

I have used printefex for my business printing they are so helpful and flexible and do rapid response quality work like no other. I feel so comfortable in their creative atmosphere. They employ commercial artists who can help you through rush projects I have used them for catalogs ,posters ,promotional goods, stationery, labels ,business cards . Prior to that I used them for non profit projects for huntington hospital and golden retriever rescue, most importantly. raffle tickets ,programs, event promotion, posters . Personally for my daughters birthday invitations and work on school fundraising. Alfred even put a piece of my daughters large art into a pdf for her college art supplement for creative entry on college apps.I was out of town and they handled it with ease. I have also done my holiday cards (Oops too busy this year- might be greetings on St .Patricks this year ) and events- business ,philanthropic and personal. They make such great cards and invitations I have received so many compliments on my cards. Alfred, Sylvia and Eric are amazing and the art department Elmer and the gang is terrific. This is an amazing local resource. I have reccomended them to others and they have produced great work on my friends business catalogs or other fundraising projects read more

Solid product with super quick turn around when you need it. Have used these guys myself and friends have over the years and they do really great work. Anything from postcards to brochures to Christmas cards, you name it: they can get it done. It's nice they are local as well. read more

I have been using Printefex for about 10 years now, and I am just getting around to writing a review...but boy they have earned it. First off, if you need "ANYTHING", in the print world just go in and ask for Erik. He has done business cards, posters, banners, car magnets, brochures, post cards, Direct Mail, and so much more for me. Not just the printing either, but with Michael being the genius of design and editing that he is, they have helped me to create a professional and unique company brand that stands out and enables me to lead in my industry. Erik and the whole staff aren't just good at their jobs, but they are great people too. They are always willing to help, and take pride in making sure their clients are 100% satisfied. So when you want the best, go see Erik and his team, and watch your ideas come to life. read more

Stellar work on repairing and retouching an old photo that had so much damage to it I thought it was a lost cause. What I got back was a beautiful photo that had absolutely no traces of any scratches or damage. This was a photo that was at least 50 years old and was nearly unusable because of damage. The repair work was perfect. Thank you! read more

I've been coming to Printefex for years. Rouben, Erik, Seth, and Jason are awesome. Their team is very helpful. I've printed several business cards and signs. They even pull through for me on my last minute rush orders. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. read more

Waited in line to print an important document. Couldn't get service after waiting for 20 minutes. Wasn't even acknowledged. For a small business service is terrible. read more

I have been working with Erik and Sylvia for two years now for some high volume print jobs with tricky timelines that cant be missed. I don't even know where to start with my review. I have been coming to Printefex for over two years now. I don't even know why I never came here earlier. Well known in the community for there work. As a business owner, I can say, Erik has picked the best staff members and I mean best. There is nothing this company isn't able to make. All items i have order have been custom designed by their graphic designer, edited if needed, and printed in either La Canada store or their Glendale location. They send you an email of the proof and you send your finally approval and after that, your order is ready in either hours, or a day or two. They are super fast and like their work prefect. Printefex has made gift cards, printed banners, printed flyers, photos (which is amazing quality and I know local photographers who only use them), they have blown up photos for me bigger then 5 feet tall, fixed antique photos and restored it with a cd copy, I have made multiple invitations, napkins with company logos, and I can say the list goes on and on. This is a small business I love and give my business too. If you meet the owner, you can tell he works with all his heart. He makes sure everyone is happy. This place is always busy. Everyone loves them. Great service. Great quality. Products that last. If you haven't gone, you must try them. read more

Called several times, was placed on 5 min holds each time for a canvas print. No thank you. Ill take my business elsewhere. Clearly prompt cust serv doesnt matter. read more

These people are amazing! I am so thankful I found them on Yelp. I needed to get 12 disposable cameras developed for the school I work for and needed them done in a short amount of time. Not only did they have it done a day sooner than they originally told me, but they showed me amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Thank you Printefex! You guys are awesome and I will be back in the future. read more

I've found my new favorite place for printing my digital photos! The quality of the prints are very professional, & at half the cost of most small businesses like this. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was incredibly helpful & friendly. I look forward to growing my business with the help of this print shop! read more

I went there with a job of making duplicate prints on some old photos and new photos. I also wanted them to make a CD, which they told me they "always do". I was told I would be able to have the pictures by Christmas, Christmas came and went. When I called to get status, the guy was just working on them that day. This was the Wednesday after Christmas. I was told they would be ready by closing. I got there at 5:45 and proceeded to hand my stub with my order # on it to the lady behind the desk. She shrugged me off and said, "I don't need that, what was in the order?" Seriously, how the do they keep track of orders? She found my order and it was done right, however, it did not have a CD with it. She told me to come back and ask for it. I haven't gone back. Everyone's time is to valuable to have to deal with this sort of business. My brother took the photos to ScanMyPhotos, super easy, online ordering, he got a CD, and you can throw everything in a prepaid box or boxes and pay a flat fee. They are nice and professional! Printefex is not worth the trouble, it's yet another La Canada business that lacks customer service skills. read more

Erik made the whole printing process a breeze. The quality is by far the best I've seen and the turnaround time is super quick. I'm looking forward to many more projects with Printefex! read more

This place was great....I needed a project proof to be done for a high end magazine advertisement my company commissioned and I needed it done fast. They got it done for me in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price. The employees were all super helpful and very friendly. Thank you Printefex. In under 45 minutes this wonderful place was able to turn around a rush order I had for 10 posters for the AYSO team I help coach. They made me look great to the team, and the team will never know how long I procrastinated in getting the posters made. :) read more

I can't emphasize how great these guys are. I print my artwork in short runs to sell at shows and online, and these guys have always come through for me. They are amazingly friendly, and are always excited to make my work look great. They work with deadlines flawlessly, even in emergencies. I don't even live near Glendale/La Canada anymore, but I still go out of my way to get my work done here. read more

Only cons were that two days in a row their machines were broken down and when they did complete my job they got one thing on my order incorrect (wrong paper choice despite my written instructions being very clear). Aside from that, customer service was great. Would use again. read more

This shop is phenomenal! Any job you need, they're there to help you in any way they can. They make sure every job fits your needs, whether it be simple prints or helping you design a business card; this place is my go to. Erik and his team really take your imagination and make it tangible. You won't regret bringing your business here! read more

PRINTEFEX La Canada is the place to get all printing done. I use them for my business and for personal stuff. Don't even hesitate, go there, get your stuff done by them, you won't be disappointed. read more

Printefex has the best customer service around! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sylvia helped me and she had my order done in an hour, even during rush Christmas season! The quality of prints are the best in town. While the prices are higher than places like Kinko's, it is worth every penny. I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and quality service will be getting my business from now on! read more

I had work done by Printefex a few years ago. They did nice work and their price was competitive. I returned last week to get headshots printed. They quoted me a price of .85 per print. I picked up my prints on Saturday and when I got home I realized they had charged me $1.50 per print. When I spoke to Eric he told me that I had to have been mistaken and that was indeed the correct price. He offered me a $120 credit toward future work but I won't go back to a business that practices "bait and switch!" I could have had them done for less than 1/2 the money but I thought I was doing a good thing by giving my business to a small independent. Wrong!! I worked in sales for many years and you can always tell a scammer because they just keep talking over you when you're trying to present your case. That's exactly what happened when I spoke with Eric. I won't be back!! read more

I've moved away but I keep coming back to support this business. Why? Yes, the quality of work is great, but I really come back for the people. Erik, Alfred, and Silvia are so sweet and so helpful. You really can't top that customer service. read more
