She had some mini sessions available around Pasadena in September and October, which I thought was really nice that she has them earlier than most photographers so it gives me ample time to get holiday cards done. Her communication was really great and concise. She was also very responsive whenever I had a question or asked about availability on rescheduling. On the day of our mini session, we got there a little bit earlier to check out the setting and saw that she was already there waiting for us! She is so professional and so sweet and patient with us. My daughters definitely had a blast getting photographed by Caitlin. After our session, she mentioned that it does take 2 weeks to get the photographs back to us, but she completely amazed us by delivering the proofs to us within a week! Wow! They were so beautiful and I loved that she was able to capture all the cute moments we had as a family, of me and my husband, and the kids. Talk about bad business! This company solicited us from a Facebook post during our search for a…read morevideographer for our wedding, and decided to CANCEL on us based on the "terms in their contract". After meeting with both partners and expressing our interest in using them, and even as far as going through the contract with one of them on the phone, it was expressly clear of our intent to hire them for our wedding. Especially after signing and returning the contract SAME DAY. My fiancee informed one of the partners that she needed to move some funds into her checking account in order to pay them for the agreed upon total of the contract, come to find out, we did not pay them within their "48-hour payment window". While this is stipulated in the fine print of their contract, funds were being moved over a weekend (Sunday / bank closure) as we told them, and upon follow up of payment after the funds cleared, this company informed us they have already engaged with another party to work with over our wedding weekend without a single word from them. Nice people to talk to, will stab you in the back with the "terms of their contract". Do not book them if you are in need of a wedding videographer, or your plans will change quickly!
