Excellent Service, Quality, and Value!…read more We had a fantastic experience with Irvine Media, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He spent more than four hours photographing our approximately 1,100 sq. ft. townhouse, taking his time to make sure every room and detail was captured at its best. The quality of the photos was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of time, effort, and attention to detail he put into the project. The final results really elevated our property listing and made it look much more professional and attractive. Ryan was professional, patient, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. It's rare to find this combination of high quality, excellent service, and a very fair price. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Ryan and Irvine Media to anyone looking for professional real estate photography. We will definitely use him again!

He showcased different angles of a room in sequence without revealing its size. His work looks natural and it succeeded in directing viewers' mind to focus on functionality rather than its limit. Date of the transaction: June 23, 2026…read more What the business committed to provide you: Residential 3D Matterport Tour (Per 1,000 sq. ft.) - Under 2,000 sq ft; Exterior Scans; Annual Hosting Fee - 3D Matterport; and Schematic Floor Plan What the nature of the dispute is: Discrepancies between the MatterPort Scan and the three-unit schematic floor plan Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business provided separate schematic floor plans still riddled with errors from two of the three units. One schematic floor plan included the initially missing door. The other schematic floor plan included the initially missing window. However, the later plan was, unfortunately, printed with the back of the house facing the bottom of the page. In addition, the plethora of remaining errors (approximately 20) were left completely unaddressed, after approximately three attempts to resolve this issue, with the exception of reminders about how busy the company is and how the "we are a photography company, we are not a drafting company, architects or engineers." My last email to them on August 10, 2026 was as follows: "Hi [Name]: I hope all is well, your weekend was great, and your work week is off to a great start. Thank you for the reminder about being a photography company. This final professional courtesy request is about expecting an accurate service/product and a clear understanding relative to the discrepancies between the MatterPort Scan and the schematic floor plans you provided. Should the dimensions, square footage, and rooms depicted in the schematic floor plan not match the MatterPort scan, or vice versa? If I am mistaken, please let me know. The services I secured from your company are indeed unrelated to drafting, architects, or engineers, as was referenced in your previous reply. Please be advised that your reply from July 31st did not address any of the corrections or questions about 4451 or the Storage Shed. Similarly, that reply also addressed very few corrections (shown in green text below) and none of the questions about 4453 and 4455. In fact, the revised schematic floor plan of 4455 includes a newly hyphenated rectangle in the Living Room and a newly solid rectangle in the Closet. May I ask what do those rectangles represent? In addition, it was, unfortunately, printed with the back of the house facing the bottom of the page. It is my understanding that the front of the house should ideally face the bottom of the page, which places it directly above the Matterport logo and the Gross Internal Area (GIA) identifiers. Again, if I am mistaken, please let me know. Perhaps all of the aforementioned items were oversights. For your convenience, the content of that July 26 message is copied below the hyphenated line. Please correct and/or address each item below. Then, kindly share a corrected copy of the entire schematic floor plan like you initially provided (all three units on one page), which is also shown in the attachment for your convenience. I look forward to receiving the corrected schematic floor plan and replies to the questions to help me understand the discrepancies on or before Thursday, August 13. Thank you in advance for your understanding, time, consideration, and anticipated cooperation. If you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns, please contact me via email or call me at 619-XXX-XXXX at your convenience. Make it a marvelous Monday and a wonderful week." My name is Joe Mendez, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. I have used Angela Valley…read moreexclusively on all my listings for the last two years plus. My last listing was in Palm Springs and I hired her for that listing even though I could have found someone else locally. Why? Because I like her as a person and more importanly because she is GOOD. She does great photogrpahy work. And she also does Matterport photography which sellers love to see when they list their homes with me. More importantly, buyers love this feature. Especially in the times of covid 19 pandemic. It offers there closer views of a place they are considering buying. She is meticulous! And she gets the photographs to me quickly. This is important to me because once I get a listing, I have 48 hrs to put up photos on the MLS. So it is important that I get my photos back as soon as I can get them. We are also both members of the LBGLCC and I want to super our businesses in our chamber. I highly recommend her as your photographer of choice if you are a listing agent. Here experience with a camera is exceptional. No matter what the listing is. I have used her on small condos, medium size condos, large houses with lots of space and in highly desirable neighborhoods. What I also like is if I need added photos, example a night view. She can produce that one picture that I can use that will help me do one more added WOW to my listing. MOST RECENTLY within the last couple of months, I hired Angela to do a marketing video for me. I just wanted a video that reflects me, who I am as a person and as a Realtor. I wanted a video that also showed my values and passion for real estate and for my clients. I have to say that I was riding HIGH when we finally finished the video yesterday, Tuesday, 03/02/21. I could not have been more happy with the work that was done to get me truly showing me the person I am that goes beyond my real estate career. From the minute I posted the video on Facebook and other plateforms, my phone went nuts with messages, text messages, FB likes, loves, IM's. Wow! I was so excited! I literally cried from happiness. Not only did the video capture me. My spirit showed up to my past clients, fellow Realtors, colleagues, friends and family. Once again, her attention to detail. She guided me for two months on the process. What to expect. She also interjected what she felt might work best for . I loved the variety of scenes we films to produce this amazing marketing video. We had photos, we have videos, we had drone shots, we had me in car. We did a drone shot of me at my sale in Belmont Short. My past clients allowed me to go back and use their home for the last show. I especially liked that we were able to interview two of my past recent clients on a zoom conference call and were able to put them both into our video. I could not be more satisfied. I STRONGLY recomment Angela Valley with QT Real Estate Photography. You will stand out! You will be noticed! And I am sure this video will bring me the business I want to attract.
