We needed a real estate photographer in Riverside and came across Brad's page. We had a set back with the appliances but Brad was flexible and worked with our schedule to get us the photos during 4th of July weekend. His site was easy to use and Brad had a fast response time. read more

Brad is truly amazing. I have every confidence he will be your best choice as a real estate photographer. I needed photos taken quickly and efficiently and Brad came through. He did not gauge me on pricing either. He was reasonable and every bit accomodating. He worked so well with me and my needs and his results were nothing short of perfect! Quick. Efficient. Responsive. Great communicator. 15/10 reccommend! Thank you Brad! read more

Reasonably priced, responsive, and flexible with scheduling. 10/10, photos clear and good quality

Had opportunity to work with Brad on recent real estate listing. Brad was super professional and his pictures, video, and 3D Matterport scan were outstanding. He helped recommend pictures for digital staging and they helped transform the space into a home. Listing generated great internet traffic and we went from listing to close of escrow in less than 30 days. Look forward to working with you again. read more

I am a broker based in San Jose, Ca who has a listing in the Rancho Bernardo area in San Diego. Being not from that area, I had a challenge in finding a reliable and good quality real estate photographer. Randomly, I called several photographers that I found in Google, and it was only Brad who responded to my phone call promptly and provided me a thorough description and explanation of his services. Also, his fee is very competitive and affordable. Few days later (which was last Monday, The Labor Day holiday), Brad came and did the photography on my listing. He arrived on time. His equipment (cameras, drones, tripods, etc.) are high-end brand and quality. With his equipment alone, you will be guaranteed the best picture quality in super high definition. On top of that, he patiently took pictures of the exterior and interior parts of the house taking all the shots in the correct angle and orientation. The drone shots are also very vivid and positioned correctly. (Attached are some of the shots he took.) He sent me the finished products that same day he did the photo shoot. Give Brad a shot! You will not regret it. He is very patient and very professional. read more

I have a listing that's out of my area in Palm Springs. I was able to find Brad through the help of Yelp! He was very responsive. I was even able to have him move the appointment for the next day and was very accommodating. Also, what was wonderful is that he does drone shots as well, so you can really get an idea of the Overfall Picture of where the home is located and its natural beauty along the San Jacinto mountains! In the future, when I have a listing out in the Coachella Valley, I will call upon his services again... thank you, Brad!!! read more

Bradley shot our Riverside condo that we listed on the MLS. We chose to go with the standard 15-20 photos + drone package, and the prices were competitive. Bradley was professional, added fill lighting to brighten up the rooms, and we ended up with amazing photos. For listings around the IE, I'll be using Brad! read more

I recently used Brad for the first time on a new listing of mine in Joshua Tree. He was very professional, on-time, efficient and just great to work with. I had used a different company in the past for 3 other properties. I decided to give Brad a try because when he responded to my request for quote on yelp , he was prompt, polite, specific, detailed and wasn't pushy at all. His fees were reasonable and he was available for my requested time . I even had to change the date on him once, and he still accommodated me . Brad showed up right ON TIME. He showed up himself and did not just send someone else unlike the other company that I used before. I felt that he cared and took pride in his work and his company to show up himself . That was a good sign to me. So, I let him do his work . He took 2 complete hours unlike the other company who only spend 45 min. His turn around time was a usual 48 hours, BUT he did a fantastic job. He took close to 50 photos for me to choose from . They were ALL great photos. Great lighting , nothing for me to edit or add or crop, etc.. He then virtually staged a few pictures that I had chosen and the next day I had it in my email. A fantastic job on the virtually staged photos as well. I had a great experience with Brad and I am very happy That I went out of my comfort zone and gave his company a try. With the quality of Brad's work as well as his communication skills , you cannot go wrong. Thanks Brad. I'll recommend you to my friends and family for sure. read more

Bradley and his brother Robert are fantastic. They took a boring house and really made it stand out. We hired them to photograph a rental property that we manage, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Brad for Real Estate Photos but I must say I was super impressed by the video services. Brad didn't just rush in and snap photos and video. He took his time. Made sure everything was perfectly positioned, used great angles to capture the lighting and really gave my $ 2 million dollar listing the attention it deserved to command the price. In a challenging and changing real estate market, every detail to highlight a home is critical in marketing a property. Brad understood this and the presentation of the property was excellent. Highly recommend! read more
