I am a broker based in San Jose, Ca who has a listing in the Rancho Bernardo area in San Diego. Being not from that area, I had a challenge in finding a reliable and good quality real estate photographer. Randomly, I called several photographers that I found in Google, and it was only Brad who responded to my phone call promptly and provided me a thorough description and explanation of his services. Also, his fee is very competitive and affordable. Few days later (which was last Monday, The Labor Day holiday), Brad came and did the photography on my listing. He arrived on time. His equipment (cameras, drones, tripods, etc.) are high-end brand and quality. With his equipment alone, you will be guaranteed the best picture quality in super high definition. On top of that, he patiently took pictures of the exterior and interior parts of the house taking all the shots in the correct angle and orientation. I had used a different company in the past for 3 other properties. I decided to give Brad a try because when he responded to my request for quote on yelp , he was prompt, polite, specific, detailed and wasn't pushy at all. His fees were reasonable and he was available for my requested time . I even had to change the date on him once, and he still accommodated me . Brad showed up right ON TIME. He showed up himself and did not just send someone else unlike the other company that I used before. I felt that he cared and took pride in his work and his company to show up himself . That was a good sign to me. So, I let him do his work . He took 2 complete hours unlike the other company who only spend 45 min. His turn around time was a usual 48 hours, BUT he did a fantastic job. He took close to 50 photos for me to choose from . They were ALL great photos. Great lighting , nothing for me to edit or add or crop, etc.. He then virtually staged a few pictures that I had chosen and the next day I had it in my email. A fantastic job on the virtually staged photos as well. I had a great experience with Brad and I am very happy That I went out of my comfort zone and gave his company a try.
