I brought my own label sheets and files on a flash drive. These are the same labels and templates I've used for many years. The rude guy at the counter immediately said they could not print them if they were not compatible with their printers, even though I had the info sheet from the labels that clearly said they were compatible with both ink jet and laser jet printers. I asked him to run one sheet as a test. He printed on the wrong side of the paper. He then printed on the correct side and the alignment was all off, as if the settings on his printer reduced the size. He curtly insisted his settings were correct, without even checking. I told him I have had Staples print the same ones, with no problem. His response was "we don't mention 'Staples' or 'Canva' in this building." Well... today I went to Staples, with the same labels, same flash drive, same request. The guy at Staples was so helpful, friendly, professional and promptly printed them out perfectly the first try.

He never advised me of that! And NO, he could not print it out. H***, why should he? Afterall, he's so "busy". So I leave, returned to employer with said paperwork, and he FINALLY proceeds. I told him that because I wash my hands a lot, the prints may not show up well. He acknowledged what I said, supposedly made accommodations for this, and did the laser prints. I was notified by my employer that the FBI could not read my finger prints. 3 trips there, one jerk of an employee, Ian, 2+ wasted hours AND ALL FOR NOTHING!!! Save your time and aggravation and GO ELSEWHERE! Poor customer service at this joke of a business!
