Not great. I paid him 150 bucks to email some forms of people. When I called back to talk to him, the lady didn't know what I was talking about the form it took weeks When I finally did get the forms back, they were wrong so good thing. Owner was there and she got it all worked out for me before I tried to file them with the courthouse. read more

Customer service excellence; attentive and patient when I needed to understand. Good location in town with plenty of parking

If I could leave zero stars I would. As a former tenant, they would listen in on confidential conversations, steal items out of our fridge, and open our offices for clients without us there and without permission from us! We would hear them speak poorly to customers, walk away and not return to conversations they did not want to be apart of. When we put our 30 day notice in, they started showing our office space without any heads up. How are they still a business, we're unsure, but we do know that we are glad to no longer be tenants. read more

Unprofessional and dishonest! Save yourself the trouble, hire any other company! Score "F-" The communication is the worst! Bookeeping has no clue what maintenance has done or is doing. Multiple service calls for "the same problem", did not present any warranty or called back hired vendors to correct problem not solved on the first call. They stole $1,000's from us, by doing non approved work. They spent money without authorization or approval. They just spent funds at will! Contract stated no expense to be paid over $200.00, without authorization. They did not even approach tenant for rental insurance to cover property damages. They took money from our reserve funds and a tenants security deposit, without permission from owner or the tenant. They won't answer email's or phone calls from us requesting said funds back! Per tenants, their handyman took items from our property. (Business Connections owner, Lynn Moule, hires her husband as a handyman). They FAILED to do their faduciary responsibility, in collecting funds for damages caused by a tenant. Because they failed to collect funds from a tenant that caused damage, they presented a NINE month old bill and took funds from our reserve account. read more

I would NOT recommend renting a house through Lynn or Business Connections. Everything the other reviewers reported regarding her conduct as a landlord or property manager is congruent with our experience. I would warn anyone against renting a home from her. FYI - in California, landlords have a 21-day deadline to either refund the full security deposit or provide the tenant with an itemized list of deductions (CA Civil Code 1950.5). Landlords are also required to advise tenants of their right to request a walk-through before moving out --that way, the tenant has the opportunity to make repairs and receive their security deposit back in full. We had to remind Lynn of this requirement. read more

Do not go to them for property management. They ignore your calls. Hang up on you when trying to call in. They charge you fees for repairs you dont approve and when you tell them you do not want their services anymore they take your client and tell them to move. They make it worse. read more

Could not have asked for better service. I was trying to coordinate a client's document notarization in Red Bluff from my home in Buffalo and Cheryl took excellent care of the documentation for me. Speedy turnaround and my client was happy. Thank you Cheryl! Wish you were in Buffalo so I could use your services more. read more

In 2018 I had a personal situation arise where I needed to get a notarized signature and some other documentation filled out by a person who had once harmed me to tie up some loose ends on a commitment we had together that was ending. For my emotional and psychological well-being it was essential I did not interact with the person I needed documents completed from. I live 3 hours away from Red Bluff and was able to electronically coordinate with Business Connections what documents I needed this person to sign and have the notary service. I was to come in person the same day, pick up the documents once the other party completed their part of the documents and pay for/pick up the papers. Everything went smoothly until I was reviewing 1 document where the other party did not sign. This was not Business Connections fault as this particular document was not the one that needed the notary. Seeing the missing yet essential signature, I could feel my body begin to panic at the idea of having to get the person who harmed to come back to Business Connect and potentially having to see interact with them. I do not remember the name of the woman who helped me coordinate all of this. I wish I did. But she could tell that I was clearly not ok at the idea of seeing/interacting with this person once I saw the missing signature. Clearly, by the whole arrangement, things between this person and I were not good. She offered to call them back and arrange for them to sign the document then mail it back to me so I did not have to wait around. I had the document completed and in my mailbox within a week. A stranger recognized my hurt and was quick to jump in a take care. I have never felt so cared for by a person I did not know. This will forever mean a lot to me. Thank you. read more

I am a displaced resident of Paradise, CA from the Camp Fire. I started looking for a temporary residence as soon as I checked into my hotel. I found Lynne Moule at Business Connections and she found me a cute little cottage to stay in. I could not be happier! She is professional, friendly and knowledgable. She also helped my friend Marlene find a place. She has assisted other Camp Fire victims. Thank you so much Lynne. You were a life saver. Roxanne Mulder read more

Lynn has twenty versions of the same event or instance she describes without keeping truck of what was said before. Overall, UNPROFESSIONAL, MANIPULATIVE and DISHONEST. I would NOT recommend their rental services to anyone around. read more

Rented from business connections for a year and a half, everything was fine during that time. On January 1st I put in a move out notice as we got a new house, I paid January's rent and we had paid our last month when we moved in so I told them February 28th would be our last day. As soon as signing all the papers we were pressured into allowing prospective tenants to view the house, I was uncomfortable with this because I have a child and her pictures and things all over the house. We were assured none of our things would be touched and prospective tenants would be accompanied at all times. One day I was working and my mom was at my house watching my daughter, Lynn brought in prospective tenants with their kids. Lynn allowed the children into my three year old daughters bedroom and let them play with all of her toys. My daughter hid in the closet because she is shy and my mom had to grab her and take her out of her own room. The children were left unattended as Lynn showed the parents the house inside and out. When I got off work my mom told me what had happened and I called Lynn to tell her I didn't want anymore people in the house until we were out as I felt violated and like my daughter was put at risk. Lynn didn't bother to apologize, she told me it was my moms responsibility to tell the children they couldn't touch our things. She also told me my daughter wasn't harmed so I was overreacting. I told her an apology would be nice and it is most definitely her responsibility to not allow people to touch our things as that is what is written in contract. She wouldn't apologize, told me I was overreacting, and asked if we would be able to be moved out early. When we were finally moved out, business connections called my former roommate to ask where the refunded security deposit should be sent even though I had already given my new address for them to mail it to and my phone number. My roommate told them to call me and they stated they had no address or phone number for me, even though they were able to cal my phone the whole time we lived there and had my address on the move out notice. They then questioned to my former roommate whether she trusted me enough to have it sent to me or not. I am extremely upset by the way we were treated and then the retaliation on their part when I called to address the issues. I would not recommend to anyone. read more

the tenants ruined my carpet and it was my fault, had cat, not suppose to have animals, that was also my fault, besides MY tenants the tenants had other people living there, a breach of contract with business connections yet business connections had a contract with me, which they completely ignored, business connections just said it was my fault, the tenat enclosed my patio, breach of contract, business connections did nothing, all I'm saying if you hire these people, its your fault!!!! and I just want to say its was my fault because I employed Business connections.
