Tim is great and knowledgeable. On the other hand, Vanessa Is not. I explained that I tried making a payment via phone after hours and in order to do that, i needed to provide a "key code " and i asked her to please provide that to me so I could make a payment via phone on my own. Her response was "I've never heard of that, it must be a system error!" That was her reply via email! I was in shock. She didn't even try to find out. I don't appreciate that type of response. I expected her to look into it and get back to me at minimum. I now know that the "key code"is found on your billing statement which is mailed out each month to customers. I am frustrated and feel that I may have to consider taking my business elsewhere.
