Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. First, there was no hot water. The water system clearly was not working properly. I should've taken it as a sign when the place was empty. I called the number listed for assistance, and instead of offering help, the person who answered tried to tell me everything was working fine "from the camera." That doesn't fix the problem in person. I ended up wasting $60 and now have to find another laundromat to rewash everything. Very frustrating experience, especially being new to the area.
