Adriana and her team are amazing, kind, warm, and WOW, can they CLEAN!!!! We have two dogs (total weight almost 300lbs) and three long haired cats so you can imagine our home and it desperately needed a deep clean. I get alittle nervous with strangers in my home but immediately felt so comfortable with Adriana & team. They are super hard workers who care and their efforts show. We didn't know our home could even be this clean! Going forward we will be having them come regularly. What a joy to wake up to a spotless home this morning! Thank you Absolute Housekeeping Services! I just hired Absolute Housekeeping Services after interviewing several companies. Adriana was the most thorough while inspecting our house, provided a written detailed quote on the spot, and actually showed me problem areas I was unaware of. She even worked around our budget, as I have recently retired and we just recently bought this home. Adriana and her crew performed the deep cleaning, and I must say it was deep! My entire house is spotless! Blinds, floors, bathrooms, oven, my fridge INSIDE AND OUT, even the air fryer. All bathrooms were spotless, as was everything else. I have had housekeepers for almost 20 years, but never this good. She will be cleaning our Brentwood home biweekly as of today. HIGHLY recommended! read more

This review is just based on Adriana the owner that came out to give us a house cleaning estimate. Just wanted you to be aware. A couple of things that were red flags for us. We do not wear our street shoes in the house, so I asked her if she could put on brand new shoe covers and she just took off her boots and came into my house with her sweaty socks on. Ewww...That was not very professional. Additionally, I asked her if the house cleaners could wear new shoe covers/booties and she said no that it's a danger and that they will fall. What is crazy is I have had housecleaners and other professionals in this home and they never slipped wearing the shoe covers. She did suggest that I go out and buy her house cleaners shoes to wear when they came to my house to clean. She also was so condescending. Just be aware she is way overpriced for this area. read more

The team was great, attention to detail, will definitely be doing business with them again. Highly recommended!

We have been using Absolute Housekeeping for over 4 years now. Adriana and her team do an outstanding job every time they come to our home. It is always a joy to come home to a sparkling house! She is very good about adjusting her schedule to accommodate me for vacations, etc and is always looking for feedback on how they can do better or do more, or focus on certain areas. I am very comfortable and happy having her and her team in my home. I would recommend Absolute Housekeeping to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable housecleaner. read more

Adriana & her crew did an amazing job of deep cleaning my entire house room by room. I wasn't able to clean my home as I would normally be able to due to having surgery. She came in and brought all her equipment and cleaning supplies and made my home look like a new home afterwards. She even showed me how she was deep cleaning areas of my home. Thank you again for your service, if recommend her services! read more

I have used Absolute House Cleaning for 11 years and have recommended Adrianna to many friends who have use her company too. I HIGHLY recommend Absolute to the community! 1st, they are always professional, friendly, and speedy but thorough. I have never had anything broken by anyone. I have only had them come back 1 time in 11 years to clean something they missed and they were glad to do it. Some of these reviews were upsetting to read. These ladies are hard working ladies that are so kind and when the pandemic happened they were so cautious to use masks and sanitize. I will continue to rave about them for as long as I am in Brentwood!! read more

We first used Absolute Housekeeping 6 years ago to clean the rental we were moving out of. The team did an amazing job, so much so that the landlord said the house looked even better than when we moved in. We then used Absolute Houskeeping to wash our windows and screens once a year at our new home. Again the team did an amazing job. We then decided to give them a shot at routine housekeeping, because by this time I saw how thorough the team was with everything. Many housekeeping services seem to give your home a quick once over and call it done. If that was the case I would not need housekeeping because I can do that myself. The reason I use Absolute Housekeeping is because the team is always very thorough with all of the cleaning. For example, when moping and dusting, they move my trinkets and dust underneath, they mop behind and under furniture, couch gets a good cleaning (on top and under the cushions). Another reason I very much like Absolute Housekeeping is because the same group of ladies come, and so over the years we have gotten to all of them by name, and feel very comfortable having them at our home. The ladies have even formed a sweet friendship with my little dog. If you are looking for a dedicated team that does a thorough cleaning job I highly recommend Aboslute Housekeeping. We are alway happy with the work they do at our home! read more

I called Adriana for an estimate to clean my house. I got her business card from one of her employees. On the upper left part of her business card it states "License, Bonded, Insured" so I thought this was a professional upstanding business who I could trust to clean my home while I am at work. I have a lot of nice things of sentimental and monetary value in my house and would not feel comfortable just letting anyone in to inspect every nook and cranny while I am at work. The estimate process was going well until I asked her, "I see on your business card it says you are insured. I'd like to know what your insurance coverage is for" and that's when she said she needs to check with her husband. She came back and said "SORRY WE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT OUR INSURANCE" Shady answer. Sorry lady but you need to be more transparent when trying get the trust of your customers, especially when they a lot to lose. Stay away if you value your home and your belongings. Hiring contractors to do work in or around your house requires that they have some sort of insurance coverage in case they break something. Insurance coverage information is not a big secret to keep from your potential customers. read more

They charge a fixed amount for a cleaning. The more houses they clean in a day - the more money they make. It is a fine business model for the owner - but the ladies are too rushed. They do an ok job cleaning - but they break things. They broke at least one thing every time I used them. Some of these items were things with great sentimental value - and I still can't figure out how they managed to break an 18 inch tall heavy concrete sculpture. read more

I was extremely disappointed in this housecleaning service. I paid ALOT of money for ( deep cleaning). I feel so ripped off and embarrassed about the amount of money I paid. I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my friends. They didn't do half the things they promised when having the estimate done. When I complained about what they had not done Adrianna said she would have the girls come back and then I never heard from her again. One pissed off customer! read more

Very professional. Adriana is very flexible on schedule. They have cleaned my house for the past 3 months and each time, when people come over they ask "who cleaned your house so well? It sparkles!" They send 3-4 people who clean for about an hour and a half. Super fast. I would give them 5 stars but sometimes they forget to wipe the window sills. They did clean our windows which they advertised being able to but. But, they cannot do second story external windows. The screens and windows they did clean were really nice. read more
