While the bartender stepped away to get my order, two people began arguing across the bar. Before I knew it, one of the men started to leave. As he was walking out, he lifted his shirt and deliberately displayed a pistol to the entire bar. Several people were upset and wanted to contact the police. When the bartender returned though she said that the armed man was a "regular" and that the person who wanted to call law enforcement needed to leave because she did not know him. The concerned customer was then told to leave and nothing was done about the man who had displayed the firearm AT A BAR! And on top of it this was around 7:30 PM and families were dining in the room over. It was easily one of the most absurd situations I have ever witnessed. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This was my first and last time going there.

The tables are sticky, they are unlevel, the booths are ripped, and there is one table underneath an air-conditioning unit on the ceiling that is dripped on from the unit. The restaurant does a steady business and I go every other month or so because their food is delicious. I just wish that there was a way that they could spruce up the dining area little by little.

There is no shortage of small locally owned Italian restaurants and pizzerias in our area. Some that are closed for reasons probably similar to the poor experience we had today at Vasillios . When calling to place the order we asked if accommodations could be made for omitting a topping or adding a topping and the answer was no. Asked to speak to a chef or somebody other than a customer service representative answering the phone and could hear in the background just saying no we don't want to we don't have the time. Just tell them it's not gonna taste different with or without it!! What!! so again asked you have the ingredient but you will not put it on the pizza for additional cost ... "that's correct ma'am we don't want to just put it on your pizza for any cost. Order what we have or don't. " OK don't worry in the future we won't. Places like a Belleria, Red Plum , Sunrise, Cafe 422 consistently have good customer service. We will frequent businesses with places that value their customers.

Most places don't want to hear their employee is being nasty! Moving onto the food. I got the Philly steak-hardly no steak. Not one onion. Barely any cheese. My friend's sandwich was the same way!
