I truly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It's truly the definition of family atmosphere with down home Greek/Italian comfort food. Amazing portions as well at impeccable prices even with the rising rates of eating out. Came last night for 18.99 got the veal (real veal not the processed patty) parm with spaghetti, served with an amazing side salad [their strawberry vinaigrette is to die for ;) ] and I left with a few meals still to go from the serving portion. Also hands down the best hot pepper in the NE region!!!!

I hope you can see this is at least an inch thick.

Right across the street from my favorite Texican restaurant,Mi Amigo, is my newest favoritest all you can eat prime rib restaurant. On wedsdays from 3pm to close at 9pm, they have a prime rib buffet. The prime rib was perfect for me, rare inside, crusty outside. What used to be called "Pittsburgh rare". Absolutely delicious, tender, moist, and great beef flavor. And it is NOT some cheap cut like eye of round being passed off as prime rib. It is real, served with au jus, mainly lean but just enough fat for flavor, prime rib. And the piece as you can tell from my picture, is honking big! If you don't finish that first piece they will pack it up and let you take it home. Which is only fair. But if you want to meat yourself to death (and who hasn't dreamt of that every now and then?) it is meat city and I'm the mayor. Mayor McMeat. They have daily lunch buffet specials as well. And they have great sides on the buffet, like the best homemade mashed potatoes and broccoli cheese rice I have EVER had out. This place is worth the drive. Had a nice trade going on when I got there with the wifey at 6pm. The wait staff was pretty epic. I mean, when I overtip and I am at a buffet, they were doing something right. And the owner and his wife, or owner and her husband, or however that combo has it worked out, were great, funny, smiley happy. Gonna go back, just because they have veal parm. And if they do that as well as they do the prime rib, I just cut my trips to Boardman and Austintown by half.

    Prime Rib!

Great locally owned restaurant. Food was what you would expect. The peppers and oil were fantastic. Good portion sizes.

Amazing food but I can't give buffet food 5 stars. Everything went well, in a lPonderosa Buffet way.

This is a solid bar and grill. A four star in the solid dive bar and grill category!…read more Great prices on the food, daily drink specials. Gots a pool table and dart board, nice loud juke box. What more do you need? And really, it's a two. But bonus points for cheap good food and friendly service. So an unapologetic four star review. And right across the street from a Dairy Queen, so cheap desert. Just one of those places you gotta stop in at. Just to check it out. I liked it. The wife liked it. What more can you ask? Next time I'll order some food. Take some pix. Post those. Really, a nice "bar" type bar.

This is a 1-star dive, but my brother-in-law adds 2 stars…read more This place is his therapy. I stopped in with the wife last Saturday afternoon for a little impromptu birthday celebration (his). Three Gennies (on draft, my "plumbing" hasn't settled yet) later, we were on our way. The day was charted out as a couple of wineries in the Grand River Valley, but I knew if we saw his car there, we'd stop in. It was his birthday after all, that day. His smile made it all worth while, even if my clothes will never smell right again. (How do you get that bar-maid smell out of a nice shirt? Anyone?) Really, it didn't smell that bad and the clientele were what you'd expect. The barmaid showed us the picture of her wedding on the beach in Myrtle Beach. It's her wallpaper on her phone. Yep, complete with the story of the Harley ride right onto the dance floor at Johnny's (I think that's what she said), where her groom dropped her off in full white gown. Not kidding. But again, this is what makes the world go around. The beers were $1 a piece. I bought a round for $3.25. What do you tip on that? My rule would dictate $.65. Can't do that. She's got to pay for that veil after all. I love my brother-in-law like a brother and it was all I needed when I walked in and saw that look on his face. I can't say you'll get the same reaction, so you might find the place a 1-star even with the wedding pix.

This review is purely about the restaurant not the catering or his banquet hall…read more This is one of my partner's favorite places and has been since he was much younger. It's nothing super fancy, but it's a nice place for a great meal. With the pandemic, I am sad they stopped their soup and salad bar, but I understand the necessity. It could beat Ruby Tuesday's salad bar any day. They have some incredible specials and some, I think, a bit pricey with recent meat costs, but they post specials every day to their Facebook page. This will also include which two soups they are making that day. Their wedding and Wisconsin Cheddar soup are out of this world. I love good spaghetti and meatballs, and theirs never disappoints. I prefer the marinara sauce to their house sauce (heavier and no tomato chunks.) I've had their chicken wrap, which was so large I could only finish half, but I recommend getting your dressing on the side so you can control how much is on the sandwich. Their prime rib, when they have it, is typically king or queen-sized and has the most incredible au jus. They also have raw horseradish, which is much for me with prime rib, but for those who like the creamy version, they have this too. Their house vinaigrette's for salad are some of the best I've had in my entire life. Don't be shocked if you see the owner walking to floor, checking on guests, running food, and making it know how much this is a labor of love. The fresh bread is a must try!!!!!
