Went to Enzo's tonight for a special birthday dinner. We had 15 in our dinner party. Our server was great, wedding soup was good , The back room where we were seated was steaming hot, no air. Management said air was on.... the outer room was very cool. We were really sweating in our dining room. Enzo's is a staple in Warren Ohio- an area deep in Italian roots. My favorites there are their chicken française and their clam chowder. The chick is always moist with a perfect lemon sauce. Their chowder ....there are no words. Each spoonful is full of large clams, not just bits & pieces. Service is efficient and with a smile. Outstanding restaurant in the Warren area. Well established serving Italian food, but you can get seriously good steaks, chops, and salads in addition to the pasta and pizza offerings. The serving staff is very friendly and efficient. On this visit, my wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana, and I had their Friday fish dinner. My wife said that they had cooked the eggplant just right, and she was satisfied with it. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner... large portion of haddock with a side of pasta. Both dinners came with mixed green salad and fresh Italian bread. I'm anxious to come back and try some of their other dishes. Highly recommended! read more

My husband and I went to Enzo's last evening as we had not tried it before. He was very happy with his linguine clam sauce. I ordered eggplant Parmesan with broccoli on the side. There was no eggplant! The broccoli had been defrosted from Frozen and it was served lukewarm and soggy. I sent it back to get rewarmed and it came out soggy and so chewy that we couldn't eat it. I would bet my bottom dollar that the eggplant Parmesan and the broccoli both had come from the frozen food section at Walmart. Needless to say we won't be returning. read more

Hands down BEST Italian food in the Warren area. This has been my favorite restaurant since childhood. The Cantalamassa family really know how to get it done and even if it's your first visit, you leave feeling like family. All of the pasta dishes are amazing and the steaks are great. Do you love some fresh Italian bread with your meal? Enzo's makes their own daily and serve it warm!! Do you like Italian greens? They make the best. There is not a single item on the menu that isn't great. The chicken parmigiana is my go to. Always nice and crisp with plenty of past and sauce. From appetizers to dessert they have you covered. Planning a special event? They have a fantastic private room. We had my mothers surprise birthday party there and it could not have gone better. They are an Italian family restaurant so, yes they have those great staples and a family service staff that is always happy. If you are looking for drinks and dessert, then this is a good choice too. This place was tremendous we had two appetizers wedding soup that was just like my Grandmother used to make our meals were just as good. This is a top notch place. I think Enzo's has one of the better dinner salads size/price wise. Unfortunately it kinda depends on what time you go. If it's a few hours before they close you get a great salad. After that it seems to be whatever other topping they still haven't put away yet. read more

Just moved to the area and finally went to Enzo's after eating at many other restaurants in the area. Our waitress Kelly had a great sense of humor and did an excellent job tending to our every need and special request even with a full house. Food was delicious and served hot right from the kitchen, which is a a big deal for me. Bread was homemade and served hot as well. Will definitely be back and will ask for Kelly again! Food was good, no complaints at the table after food arrived, which is not normal in our family of 4 (the girls outnumber dad bad hahah). Best Italian food in the area! I ordered the chicken Parma this time and it did not disappoint. Of course I have favorites! Wedding soup is excellent, greens with a hot pepper is always amazing and the meatballs!!!! the meatballs!! Always a great place for a family get together or an impromptu date night. I love the food at Enzo's. Its really good portions. Eggplant parmesan is my favorite. My brother had us get cheese balls the last time we had a family dinner there. They were delicious. You you have to try the wedding soup. I was also there for a friend's wedding reception. It was very organized. We ate lunch at Enzo's the week of 12/27/21. I had the whitefish Vera Cruz and it was good. The side salad was poor. Mashed potatoes were salty and tasted somewhat commercial. Our biggest complaint, though, was that not one employee was wearing a mask, except for ONE server. Small businesses say that they're desperate for customers during this pandemic, however, this business chooses to do nothing to protect it's customers. Out hospitals are full. Place is in need of some extreme updating! My chicken Parm taste like frozen chicken that was nuked and a couple pieces of cheese slapped on top buried in sauce. Overcrowded, people too close to each other and way too noisy. Servers were ok but seemed to take their customers for granted. People rave about this place but coming from out of state and living now in Howland, we were not at all impressed. Salvatore's is much preferred. read more

I just want to say thank you to the staff for allowing The Body Shoppe (fitness exercise studio) to have their annual Christmas Luncheon and Gathering here. The staff was very nice and served us just what we wanted. The food was delicious! Thanks also for taking our group photo. We sat in the room near the bar and had long tables to accommodate everyone. We were not in the way of others who also came and ate that day. There was also another group who came in to also have their Christmas Luncheon and they were next to us but we didn't bother them with our loud voices which was nice. Overpirced for what it is. Went for a company Christmas party in 2016. My husband's ravioli was chewy and grainy (probably dried, bought wholesale, and undercooked rather than made in house), and my veal was so overdone is was practically inedible. A $20 veal plate should not be the consistency of well done steak. Only reason I'm giving two stars rather than one was because the waitress we had was absolutely phenomenal. Well, I left with mixed emotions. The food, just wow. No disappointment on any level. I encourage you to order a meatball even if your meal doesn't include one. They're amazing! The bread, yum! The balsamic vinaigrette, yum! The tortellini, yum! Now the part that ruined my chance of getting a dessert or probably ever returning was that my waitress was awful. My husband sat for about 15-20 minutes waiting on a glass of wine as our waitress chatted with the person in the booth behind us (very loudly mind you). All she had to do was look over our direction to see his glass empty. Finally, the corner left which ended their conversation. So she got our meal and him a new glass, we ate then we sat for about 20-30 minutes until we lost our patients and asked another server if our waitress was still on shift or what. Sure enough, she was and she was off chatting with another server or customer out in the bar area. I'm very sad. This is the very best Italian restaurant I have seriously ever eaten at and the entire experience was just ruined. On top of all of that, there was someone in the hostess station that was video chatting with a child. I have children so I understand the importance of bonding but at least try to go somewhere in private or at least turn your volume down at a reasonable level. I am a pretty good cook and eat meals mostly in my home with friends and family. So when I do go out to eat, I am pretty choosy. I will frequent a restaurant based on the quality of food, ambiance, and friendliness. To find all that you desire in a restaurant for a fantastic price is often impossible. I used to visit Enzo's quite often in my younger years,but then moved out of state for quite a long time and only recently began dining there again. I absolutely fell in love with everything about this place all over again, especially the staff. To walk through a door of any business and be treated like family these days is a rarity. They do it every single time I am there. Never have I had a bad meal or bad service there which unfortunately also happens to often these days in other establishments. To the Cantalamessa family, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community and being a bright light in an often dim world. Your kindness, generosity, and hospitality go a long way. Would of been a full 5 stars but our server Leslie was the worst I've had yet. I normally leave 25 plus for a tip, even if I'm not completely satisfied because I understand they have a long day. But she stood talking with the table next to us for a good 15 to 20 minutes while my wine glass was empty for a considerable amount of time. So we sat and waited for drinks and our food that I'm sure was done for some time. Then after we were finished. We waited AGAIN for a long time till I stopped someone and asked if our server left. No. Of coarse she didn't. She was around the corner talking to someone else. By far the worst experience I've had across the good ol USA. LOL. But with that being said. The dam food was amazing. The best Italian in this area. I wish the experience never happened because I loved the food. But I after leaving a dollar and message that the service was horrible. Which I have never done before.
