I've never had that happen at an establishment I am dining at. I have not been back since nor will I be. For the price the owners need to re-evaluate the experience or lower the price and accept it is a very basic dive bar not a fancy Mediterranean place. I have heard they get decently busy on the weekend evenings but I will not ever return because I don't want to give my money to somewhere I left upset.
