We walked here from The Grand Resort for a nightcap and ended up ordering some appetizers. There is an inside and semi outside section of the bar - we picked the outside section. The ugly lights were on inside and it seemed like more of a cafeteria. There is smoking outside but it is well ventilated. Our bartender was nice and food came out fast. Went to The Rig for Trivia night. Greeted by a friendly girl at the bar right in the door and told that trivia was in the back on the deck. Went out on the deck to the bar and ordered a beer and margarita and some food. The beer was warm and the margarita was terrible. We saw our food come to the counter and wondered if it was ours. Finally the bar tender was done vaping and went and brought our food to our table. She probably didn't see the food come out because she was wearing cool sunglasses. She never came and checked on us or to see if the food or drinks were fine. She spent most of her time behind the bar vaping. Trivia guy was awesome. Went to close out our tab because she never came to our table. She was standing with her back to the bar, had to ask twice could we close out or tab. Not a thank you or nothing from her. BLATANT AGE/RACE DISCRIMINATION. Monday night, 8-2-21 (2:20 a.m., 8-3-21), I was denied service by the brunette bartendress (not the green-haired one). After having two beers, I tried to order another drink after she called last call, but she refused to serve me, claiming I ordered after the cut-off, but she later served a younger, different-looking customer, who arrived after last call. Clearly, she didn't realize that my family knew Pete (the owner). BTY, I'm a senior, born & raised here (Warren/Howland). I was pretty disappointed in the food. I ordered the meatball sub and they called and said they were out of meatballs and gave me a list of other things to choose from, I almost cancelled my order but decided to get the chicken parm sandwich. I asked the girl on the phone how it was and she said it was one of her favorites so I said ok give me that. I ordered a side salad, chicken parm sandwich and the salsa and chips.. The salad was nothing special, lots of lettuce with a piece of tomato cut into 4, a cucumber slice cut in to 4 pieces and 4 croutons.. The chicken sandwich was cold so thankfully I do have a stove here at work so I put it on the flat top to warm it up and melt the cheese and I am not at all impressed with the taste. I bit into it and #1 It is grilled chicken pieces, like if yoiu got a grilled chicken salad, and the first bite was grissle. So, needless to stay that already turned my stomach but I figured I paid 20 bucks for this food I better try eating it. I took a few more bites and just can't do it. I do not like the taste of the marinara sauce they use. The only thing that I think is decent is the chips and salsa but how hard is it to open a jar of salsa and a bag of chips. Ordered online. Food was supposed to be done @ 6. Walk in at 6:10, wait 5 minutes to be told order wasn't done and would be another 20 minutes. They were supposed to call me to tell me this but they "forgot." So I go back and sit in my car until 6:45. Go back in, food STILL isn't done and wait another 15 minutes. Finally get my order and drive 10 minutes home. Food wasn't even close to be warm or hot and it was incomplete. So for $40, cold food, a ridiculous long wait and didn't even get all of our order, I won't be going back. read more

I went here last week while visiting from out of town. My Wings were great. Staff was drinking, cursing and transitioning from eating at the bar to working the POS/serving drinks. Very relaxed bar staff, although the service I received was fine in regards to my drink orders being filled quickly. I was not checked on during the meal, then again luckily I didn't need anything throughout the meal. Typical dive bar with general, unremarkable dive bar ambience. I tried the Rig for a delivery order since they aren't too far from where I live and I've been trying to locate some decent delivery sources besides pizza. I really wanted the order to go smoothly in hopes that I would find a decent place for quick bar food, but that's not so much what I got.... 2 hours later for a 12pc wing order and loaded chicken nachos, when I live 5 minutes away ain't too great. Starting with the good, the wings were pretty good with the Thai Chili that was sweet and lightly spicy and the BBQ wings that were a solid traditional, slightly smoky BBQ wing. Both were sauced decently but me being a more-sauce-the-better kind of person, could of used a little more. The chicken nachos were good with grilled chicken, and everything that comes on them at a decent portion size for one person. Now the not so good... After the initial order and about an hour later, I called back to find out that my order my or may not have been delivered to another house and that the other person called back to the business too. I'm still confused to whether my food made it inside someone else's house, but I know I wasn't eating it to be safe. I requested that we get our order remade because of the time and the possible house mix-up, and they agreed to do so and get it right out to us. Since we live close, the extra 45 minutes didn't sit well with me when it's fried bar food. Then, to top it off, once the food arrived, the delivery person didn't have ANY change to give back . The delivery person was still nice and couldn't apologize enough, but no comp was given for all the problems. All in all the service ruined the experience, but the food was good bar food and I may try this place again for pick up. read more

Ordered from grub hub and paid a decent amount for a build your own burger with fries and a side of coleslaw. Food wasn't even warm. Burger was tiny, onion on it was raw (tf) 1 piece of bacon and although I ordered bbq sauce on it, it was almost nowhere to be found. Coleslaw tasted like straight vinegar, totally inedible. I ordered 50 hot wings wings when I got home I looked at them they were bone dry barely edible I took him back hoping they could do something for me they said they looked fine to them and they would not credit it back to my credit card and I told them I would never be back and would be leaving feedback on Yelp this was a very horrible experience especially nowadays wings cost about $45 for 50 on the way out I saw a garbage can and told them this is what I thought of them and their wings and tossed it into the garbage can and told them I'll leave and negative feedback on the Yelp please Steer clear of this BS restaurant over the past year this bar restaurant has been sited for numerous covid 19 violations by the Ohio State Patrol and filed with the county. I'm leaving a nice review compared to how I feel I was treated, apparently since DoorDash credited me $5 of the $50 order I made I'm scamming them, but anyways their foods always good and I always order here just not a good night for everyone I suppose, I'm sick with covid so I ordered delivery and I didn't receive drinks or my main sauces I wanted to eat my wings with, also waited 2 hours to receive our food (doordash issue probably) so when I called I was a bit angry and they probably had a bad night also. Food was hot when it arrived about 30 minutes after my order (Pizza Hut 3 minutes away can't even manage to get me hot food nor within 30 minutes!) It had plenty of options for my picky daughter and husband. My nephew was taken back by the spicy wings (I could feel it in my throat as he was eating next to me!) and was completely satisfied.
