I love their steak hoagies and pizza pizza!! Everything is homemade, and the freshly baked hoagie buns are absolutely delicious! I have always had great service regardless of me ordering for takeout or delivery. Everything that I have ate at Brothers is delicious! First time here to actually to sit down and enjoy a meal. I've only had pizza from here and it's been along time for that as well. We went on a Friday at around 6PM and immediately found a table (seat yourselves). Our waiter, although young and seemed a bit nervous, was friendly and attentive. They have a pretty decent beer selection on tap so we all started off with an ice cold draft and perused the menu. For an app, we enjoyed the loaded steak fries which comes topped with bacon, cheddar, mozzarella & provolone. Great portion and pretty damn tasty. Our friends ordered the pretzels with a smoked cheese sauce which was also very good. Pretzels were soft and the smoked cheese sauce tasty. I decided on the Stromboli which had options of small, medium and large. I, of course, ordered the large. Pure Italian deliciousness as this homemade dough is stuffed full with pepperoni, Italian sausage, sauce, green peppers, mushrooms, onion and mozzarella. Definitely a huge portion however I almost finished the whole thing myself. The ingredients made for a delicious entrée choice I must say. I'm looking forward to another visit as their hot and cold subs look pretty damn tasty and I'm told their BBQ is the same. We shall return. read more

First visit on a recommendation from a friend. Place was very clean. Restrooms were spotless which is always a good indicator of general practices in a food business. Employees were very pleasant and very professional. I ordered their version of boneless wings as recommended by a friend. They were more like tenders. Real chicken meat without the usual nasty extra thick breading you normally get everywhere else. Just meat and sauce. Also ordered "Parmageddon" sauce on tenders. Wow! You must try! Not even sure how to describe this sauce. A hybrid of mild, medium, garlic, parmesan, with a nice tangy mild bite. Excellent! Been here a lot over the past few years never had issues ordering food while there. But I order tonight spend $30+ for pick up got home and both meals are missing half of the things they come with. All American burger missing onions and tomato. Bourbon bacon burger missing bourbon sauce. They offered to come back and get the things they forgot or get $2-$3 credit. Management is awful. Cooks can't read a slip. Don't go unless you wanna drink at the bar. read more

Been eating Brothers sandwiches for 20+ years. Always great. Always consistent. We did try the smoked brisket last time we got takeout, and that's the only thing ever that was a miss. Smoking anything is an art, and a balance. The smoke was so far over the top, and so strong, there wasn't any other flavor detectable. 1 bad meal in 20-25 years, I'm good with that. This is one of my favorite places to go in the entire area. The first thing I'd say is that the dough they use to make their bread is the best I've ever had. The pizza at this place is absolutely wonderful. We often get it for take out and when we have family from out of town over they always enjoy it. The garlic cheesy bread is fantastic. They have an excellent rotating craft beer selection that won't disappoint beer enthusiasts. It's a fantastic sports bar with plenty of televisions easy to see from wherever you sit. My only complaint is poor service is guaranteed. I've only had good service once, and that was during an OSU football game when the place was literally empty except for my husband and myself. The last time I brought friends in, the waitress didn't bother writing down my order and she brought me out the wrong size beer and salad. Since that I prefer to just order take out or delivery, but maybe I'll give them another shot to see if the service improves because I do enjoy the environment. read more

The food is great but the ale house adjacent to brothers pizza was the problem. A friend and I stopped for a couple of beers. A waitress first waited on us then a guy took over. He seemed to be in charge. My friend and I were happy with the waitress. The guy wasn't letting the waitresses do their jobs. I probably will not return due to this guy being over bearing. I placed a delivery order at 3:09 p.m. and by 4:30 p.m. still was not here after being told it would be "about an hour". I called back and it was being delivered "shortly". The driver arrived from Brookfield/Masury and of course the pizza and the fries I ordered were cold. Called and talked to the manager, Jackie, and she offered to redo my order and have it delivered in about another 45 minutes because the pizza I ordered "takes longer to cook because there's a lot of crust". UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! She offered no other options so I cancelled the whole order. She replied "it's not our fault". Ahhh, yes it is. When you have a driver that should have taken it for delivery and decided not to take it for whatever reason and the driver that showed up here said "it sat in the store for a while and the other driver did not take it, I picked it up and delivered it". UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER frequent Brothers Pizza in Vienna, Ohio again. There is nothing that anyone could say or do that would change my mind. read more

I never do this, but though their food is good tonight and times before we have received horrible service. Tonight I was told 20 min for food delivery (we only live10-15min away but I have a newborn and figure it would be easier) it took over an hour. Within that hour I called to see where the food was and I was told it can take 30-45 min for delivery. Had they told me it was going to be longer I would have went to pick it up. Then I called and asked to speak with the manager and they preceded to make excuses. Well the oil and vinegar were in the bag, well it's wasn't when it got to me, well it can take 45- to an hour when we're busy, well then I shouldn't have been told 20 min.
