The absolute best sub sandwich I have ever had in my life. As a kid working at the nearby lake I was treated to these from time to time and the last time I had one I didn't realize how long it would be until my next. 14 years later I described the sub to my husband and we got straight into the car and drove over 2 hours to get one, me warning him the entire way that I may be looking at them through "nostalgia goggles" and not to be too disappointed if it didn't live up to the hype. Let me tell you... that hot roast beef sub was every bit as amazing as I remembered and his pizza steak blew his mind. I used to stop here but once I used the restroom I began to feel differently about the sanitary conditions. The owner Sal is a heavy smoker that normally puffy away in the hallway to the bathroom with a dirty apron on. I'd probably eat here not knowing the bathroom looks like something you'd see in a run down gas station & owner looks like he slept in his apron. read more

Living in chicago I favor chicago style over New York style but I would put Brothers pizza up against anything you would find in Brooklyn. Red or white slices are available. I recommend the white which is a little spicy. Expect grease soaked paper plate after eating but very tasty. I have also had the stramboli. It was huge!! A medium fed two. I recently visited this local pizza place the other day and have to say I'm pretty disappointed at the quality of the food. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich with a side order of cheese sticks...the chicken parm sandwich was made with homemade dough...maybe a plus for some but for the quality of the dough, there was not nearly enough of chicken and sauce in the middle. I got a order of cheese sticks that tasted like the fryer oil had not been changed in months. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place, you can find better food around town. read more

I absolutely love this place. The food is Italian comfort classics like awesome New York style pizza that's always available instantly by the slice (they also have thick crust available), spaghetti and meatballs, subs, strombolis, calzones, etc.. They have a full menu. They have waitress service. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. There are TV's on to help pass the time. Service is speedy. To save money if you're in a group, you can buy a 2 liter of soda pop to go with your meal. I usually get 3 slices of pizza (perhaps the best pizza I've ever had), but I sometimes get one of their Philly cheesesteak subs with onions, cheese, and peppers. These subs are a foot long and are only about $5.50 and are made with their awesome, homemade bread. My mouth is watering just thinking of it. A large basket of fries is $1.90. I work in Warren and eat here at least once or twice a week. A lot of the local cops eat here also, so that tells you a lot about how great this place is. read more

This place has great food for reasonable prices. We returned a second night in a row after enjoying a calzone and calamari with pizza the night before. We ordered it to go, but decided to eat in. We arrived at 9:30, mind you business hours advertised have closing at 10pm. We were told by the mgr that they were closed for cleaning and we could not eat in. I've been going here for years. Great pizza, subs, salads, and pasta. If you have people with you, you can order a 2 liter of pop and the waitress will bring you glasses with ice. Was credited for an order I made on delivery last week for $20.90 that took 2 hours to get here and was cold and soggy by the time it got to my house. Talked to a manger by the name of Rebecca who gave me full credit on the next order and to leave my address to verify next time I call for the $20.90 credit they said they would give me. I then called about 3 days later and ordered what I usually order and they said they usually dont do this. I asked to speak to a manager and both the manager and owner said they will not honor the agreement and offered $5 dollars off my entire order for the situation after arguing with them on the phone for 5-10 minutes. This place is ran terribly and the management is clearly ran by some chickens with their heads cut off. Please dont waste your time spending your money at this place!!!! Terrible customer service and definitely lost a repeat customer. NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. Especially on a order for $20. Won't be coming back! read more

Biggest complaint was lack of staff for lunch rush. The one waitress did what she could, but one person can only wait on so many tables at one time. Food is above average, pasta needed to be drained better, red sauce was above average, better than cafe 422, pizza had a good crispy crust. Would have given 4 stars but service is a part of the experience. Spaghetti with meatballs, salad, one slice of cheese pizza and a drink came to $11 and change which is pretty reasonable. read more
