A Warren staple that has been around since 1965 and is at its best since the relaunch earlier in 2026. All the food our party purchased for our Father's Day celebration was exceptional. Very tasty and exceeded our expectations. Each component of the meal was better than the last. I would consider it a MUST STOP if you're ever in the Warren area. Their large sheet pizza is some of the best I've ever had. I Normally get a large sheet half cheese and half pepperoni all with extra red sauce. I've always been a huge fan of red sauce and theirs is sooo good. The pizza dough also has this iconic chewiness to it but it's a good kind of chewiness you'll have to try it to understand. Another place in Trumbull County, that I was preferred to when asked if there was any good pizza around here... Once again, totally disappointed, I even gave them a second chance and went another time and got pizza and ordered wings as well... And they tasted like some frozen wings you would buy from the grocery store... The pizza had a very distinct green pepper flavor in the pizza sauce, and I hate bell peppers... On top of that the two workers were both very short with me, and one told me that I was parked in the wrong spot and I needed to move my car,even though selling me, the food would've been faster and then I could've just been gone... But the thing was there was really nowhere to park. Very small parking lot with a lot of traffic coming in and out on a busy road... Never again. read more

I ordered a 10" with extra cheese. Picked it up, ran errands and when I got home realized they made the pizza with pepperoni no xtra cheese. I called them and told them to put a new one in oven I'd be back in 30 minutes and the woman said she couldn't make a new pizza until I brought back the old pizza. I have been ordering pizza from carmens from years. I'm shocked disappointed and quite frankly appalled that you would rather lose a customer than remake the pizza so I don't have to sit there for 30 minutes. Change your business practices. Keep your loyal customers... just makes sense. read more

The cashier argued with me on the phone when I told her the chicken was not good. I went to return the chicken and she told me that the owner said not to give me my money back. Just as I was about to leave a customer came in and heard the conversation about the chicken being bad. That customer opened up her order and the chicken was rare. The customer told the woman she ordered here's well done. She then offered to give her a refund or to cook another order. I told the African American woman that she told me she don't give refunds. The woman told me no I'm just not giving you a refund. I was surprised that another customer came in and agreed that my order looked bad and that they wouldn't give me my money back. I left the chicken and told her I would come back to talk to the owner. This woman is very ride and ignorant. read more

Love Carmen's pizza! Nothing else even compares to the soft dough, perfect sauce and creamy cheese! We get a sheet extra cheese every time and have for years. The fried chicken and jojo's (potato wedges) are the best too. I only had a problem one time with an over cooked pizza and had to return the pizza to get another one. No problem! I would give 0 stars if I could. They don't even deserve one. I bought 2 half sheets from them. When I got it home and started serving it, I noticed there was a minimal amount of cheese on it and enough sauce to go swimming in. I called and told them about it. They said no problem, bring them down and we will make you new ones. They were very rude to me and said this is how a pizza should look. I said no, and they said the were not going to make me a new one. Instead they sprinkled a few bits of cheese on them and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Now I have pizza that is over cooked, and still not enough cheese and way too much sauce. This is the last time I get food from this place. The manager/owner was extremely rude to my daughter and had an as a matter of fact attitude towards us. read more

It's a real shame I've been visiting this place since a child and the customer service has gone down that you can't even greet customers to place orders. I have heard from friends this's was a good local spot to grab a bite to eat. We got a white pizza and sausage with extra cheese. Our pizza was done on time and that is about where the positives end. The dough was under cooked and the cheese was almost real. With such big expectations the cheese should have been higher quality and pizza actually cooked beyond dough. With so many local options going I would advise going to other spots. read more

I love Carmens but I have to be honest! It can be hit or miss. Most times the pizza is delicious. I have ordered on a few occasions that the pizza was undercooked. However, all and all its one of our regular spots. read more

Elm rd location pizza is horrible . Tough dough and sauce yuk! Don't believe me compare the 422 location to elm rd and you will see.

Ok now Warren seems to be know for these mom and pop shops. This is one to go to for some pizza. Nice thick crust , loads of chesse, nice and saucy. The special pizzas are good as well but why mess with a good thing... Half sheet pepperoni and extra chesse!! Run ya about 12.00 but very worth it!!! read more

I can tell there has been some kind of management change!!!! I use to order 2 slices with xtr cheese on my lunch often. It's been a while, so I decided to order for lunch. I wish I hadn't ordered because not only was the pizza bad, It's very poor service also. So I go pick up my 2 slices, got back to work. I begin to eat and i'm chewing this pizza and it's just thick, dry, hard cheese. I got a half slice down and couldn't eat anymore. So I call Carmen's explain there's no sauce it's dry and the cheese is hard they offered to remake it (with hesitation) I explained that I would come after work to pick it up because I was working. after work I go to pick up the 2 slices of pizza (with the slice an half I didn't eat). The lady opens the box asked what's wrong with it? I showed her by pulling up the cheese there's no sauce. Her reply " I just don't understand What's the problem , and The one it's almost gone!) it was half eaten yes! She made me feel like I was there trying to get something for nothing. At this point I'm informed she didn't make the slices yet. She replies "a lot of the time customers just don't show up, so I didn't want to waste them" when she said it would be 15 minutes, could not wait so I asked if I can get it another day she said yes I'll write it in the book. so I called today to get my 2 slices of extra cheese pizza and I'm told that they only have me down for one slice of pizza. Now I know this is only a slice of pizza. But it's the point not once did this manager apologize for the inconvenience, did not try to make her customer happy, and the biggest issue I have is she treated me extremely poorly. Not like a paying customer. So I asked Amber who the manager was, she replied "I am the manager" said OK, so who is the owner she gave me the owners name (Kathy) and explained she's in and out never know when she is in. So I'm just lost that a company treats their customers like this. And there isn't anything that can be done beside chalk it up. Treat people how you want to be treated!!!!!!! I've been going here since a child. Today I went and the service has definitely gone downhill. The pizza was hard and barely any cheese. Maybe they should focus more on the food and the customers. Definitely won't be going back! Don't waste your time trying to get the old Carmens pizza or friendly customer service. read more

went to the elm rd location...pizza ordered was bacon onion and mushroom..first time ever ordered from carmens and found it excellent..most definately order from there again..the pizza was delicious...no more franchise pizza for us...hats off to carmens read more
