I love curly fries but never get 'em at Arby's because they have a knack for ruining them. I swear they run 'em through the dishwasher. Not at this location! Always cooked to perfection. I got shrimp fried rice and all it was , was rice and two pieces of shrimp . It was not the fried rice I'm used to. I ordered shrimp low main and I had to hunt for any shrimp in it. They were so small and so few . My husband had Szechuan beef. It had a few pieces of beef but mostly large pieces of onion. Plus we are paying much more and getting less . It was so disappointing we won't be going back after years of being happy with the food . I would rather get less food but quality.

The food great, the menu has plenty of options. AND, if you're avoiding gluten, they do have a menu that lists all of their gluten free options which there good options. The staff is also knowledgeable as well. I was picking up my food at the counter as my number was called and the lady who handed my tray to me knew my order was gluten free and even told me about the BBQ sauce to avoid because it has gluten. I was blown away as I don't think I've experienced that before. On that note, there's only one sauce out of the 6 or 7 sauces that has gluten which is another plus. The menu picture shows a container of red beans in the red bean gravy, with a scoop of rice in it. This is how it SHOULD be. What I got was dried out red beans and gravy, on top of a container filled with rice. That is wrong, wrong! For $4.00 I don't want a container of rice. I want a container of red beans in its sauce, with a scoop of rice on top. That is still more than you pay in the South for the genuine article. I know this is due to Northerners not knowing how to serve this dish. Next time, I will ask for it the way it should be served. And I am betting they do it right. Because the folks there were really nice and friendly. And the chicken is waaaay better than KFC or the local Popeyes. So, only issue was red beans and rice was waaaaay off. And if you have ever had red beans and rice down South, you will know the difference. I'll up the rating to a four star if the red beans and rice is good next time.
