Horrible pizza! This isn't the first time but gave them a few chances. Never again! Wasted money on horrible food. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and edges. Ordered pepperoni and sausage. Had one piece of pepperoni and one piece of sausage on both pieces. Wish I could have given 0 stars but couldn't. Pizza was doughy in the middle, was not fresh or hot. Sauce was way too spicy, cheese was burnt on top.I have to say this was the worst pizza I've ever ordered from Champion Pizza Joes and I will NEVER go back! read more

My buddies and I got our hands on a vehicle while recently doing military service at Camp Garfield. We saw Pizza Joe's and decided to stop in. Pizza Joe's is tucked away in a shopping center. There's plenty of available parking and the interior is larger than it looks from the outside. The menu is almost overwhelming. There were so many options to choose from. I ended up going with the Italian Wedgie because I had never heard of it and it sounded good. I'm glad I went with that route because it was delicious. It was also huge so I ended up sharing it with a couple of other friends. The service was great and they even gave us a very generous military discount. I am not in this area often but I will definitely stop in next time I'm in town!! read more

We were heading home from Pennsylvania and we needed an easy place to get take-out on our way toward Mentor Ohio... we figured Pizza would be easy to eat during this COVID craziness. I looked at YELP as always, and this place was right off the highway and had good reviews. We Loved this pizza! Seriously good sauce and the crust brought up a lot of memories for me growing up in Ravenna Ohio, right down the road. Maybe it is a regional crust.. I don't know. But I gotta tell ya that I am sad that this establishment is so far from where we live. The service was friendly- the girl at the counter told us where there was a park that we could find a picnic table to eat our pizza. We definitely recommend this place. read more

They have the best white veggie pizza hands down! It's the reason we go there! They did have to close early the one day we tried to order but it's no fault of theirs it's really hard for everyone to find help right now. They've always been super nice every time we ordered and picked up. read more

I love Pizza Joe's grew up coming here once in a while and while I was back home visiting family I had to have it. In Texas we have so many chain Pizza places but I miss good ol places that are better and different. I love the veggie pizza. read more

Probably the best Pizza around that is a chain. I LOVE their cheese pizza and calzones. Everything is done to perfection. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce. We ordered a sheet and it was gone, no doubts about it.. amazing! The calzones are HUGE and full of cheese (it's what I ordered) It's often a bit too much for me and I have to save some for lunch the next day. Still not a bad deal, two lunches from one order. I generally just pick up the pizza when I go back home and take it to the hotel with me, so I am not sure on eating there or how friendly everyone is, but I can absolutely vouch for their food. I'd NEVER pick another place over them. No way. You should not either! read more

Really?! Only one review. Come on people this is the best pizza in town. Been eating here since a tyke and wherever I go in the world I talk about how "everyone goes to..." If you've read the pizza box at all you know what comes next. The veggie pizza is the greatest. So simple, so ranchy, so delicious! First, i was disrespectfully greeted by server Sydney with a dirty look and a frown, not to mention how see talked and acted, not pleasant! Secondly, i ordered the ultimate pizza with all the toppings. Well, you have to look carefully to find any sausage, almost no pepperoni meaning less than 1 piece per slice. And very little of the other toppings as well. And i will repeat, very little! The second time, and last this will happen with more than 20 places near by. Part of a small chain, the Champion location is off Mahoning Ave. N.W., North of Route 5. Okay, I'll confess -- I seldom have pizza here; I come to get a Wedgie! That's a 10" round pizza shell filled with STUFF, like the Philly Steak and the Gyro Joe, folded over and baked. Looks kind of like a Stromboli or Calzone, but it is open, not closed. Of course, they usually have pizza by the slice at lunch (it goes fast!). Booth and table dining, good soft drink selections. Really great staff. But please, stop putting mayonaisse on your sandwiches -- oil and vinegar would be much more appropriate! read more
