The eggplant parmesan sandwich was amazing. The sandwich is made on a delicious roll, smothered in sauce and oozing cheese. Zucchini fries were delicious nice and crunchy the parmesan adds a nice saltiness and the marinara dipping sauce was a great add. This eggplant sandwich is my new favorite. read more

I have ordered from Belleria for years and unfortunately the quality has gone down hill. We ordered a pizza today and when finally received it 25 minutes late. The pizza was cold and also some of the topping were missing on the pizza , but they made sure they charged us for them. When I called and complained the gentlemen that answered the phone was not compassionate at all and said he could not offer any type of compensation. He informed me to call back at 5:00 and complain to his manager. I will never patronize Belleria again!! read more

Living in Indy it's impossible to find REAL Italian food. And just about the thing I look forward to the most about coming to visit family in Youngstown is knowing that I'm going to get delicious, real, homemade Italian food (not Americanized junk). The sauce is homemade, the noodles are absolutely perfect, and the bread is delicious. I haven't had the cavatelli in almost 10 years, and it's just as delicious as I remember it with the worlds most perfect sauce that my Nonna would always approve of. I'm so glad that my family remembered how obsessed I've always been with their cavatelli, and made sure that I got a big ol plate before going back home. Belleria Pizza & Italian Restaurant is one of my favorite Youngstown spots for pizza! I can't comment on there other options as I only ever get there pies. I'm a fan of the Brier Hill or Poor Mans pie, red sauce, bell peppers and Romano cheese. Simple, but one of my all time favorites. Primarily, because my grandparents would order it all the time in Campbell as I was a kid and have good memories associated with it. If I could leave a ZERO I would.My wife and I went for dinner there tonight. My wife ordered Grilled buffalo chicken salad.It came out with deep fried chicken not grilled an so salty it was not Edible. I ordered a Meatball splash it came out lukewarm and was not very good.We also ordered garlic toast as an appetizer and it was horrible due to the fact the cheese was not melted and the bread was not toasted.We also had ask the waitress for silverware and napkins.My wife told the waitress how our food was not as ordered and not warm.The waitress walked over and told the Manager.The Manager never came over to talk to us and charged us for everything that we ordered.This is our last time to ever go there.Do yourself a Favor and go to Belleria Struthers read more

Food was a solid 3, but didn't expect a delivery meal to be gourmet cuisine. Three issues, 2 serious: delivering to a hotel... Would expect a fok... And napkins. I just moved to this area and have eaten at other Belleria locations. The restaurants seem to be always hopping. I have never liked their red marinara-ish pasta sauce so I don't order anything with that on it, including their pizza. However I occasionally get a hankering for their boneless wings or alfredo. I called to place a pick up order and was promptly put on hold without a second to respond. Seems like this is a typical manner of answering the phone here. And I waited. And waited. For literally 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. Unfortunately, Belleria also has a problem with getting your order right or proper. My boyfriend ordered a quart of chicken noodle soup to go one night after we ate there. When he went to eat it the next day, there were actually no noodle in it and a large glop of what looked like pimply chicken skin. My guess is it was the end of the night and that was what was left--and no one gave a crap about the quality of what they were serving. I also ordered BONELESS wings one time and repeated this 3 times on the phone because the person who took my order kept repeating it back wrong and wouldn't you know it...regular wings when we got home. I don't eat those because the skin, bones, veins gross me out. So I wasted a lot of money because their wings ain't cheap. I'm done with this place. It's overpriced, customer service sucks, half the food is covered in red sauce that's not even good. And, there are plenty of other "Italian" places in this area that can serve me just as badly for less. read more

don't go to niles location! there pizza is supper greasy. eggplant parm not edible. the side of spaghetti barely had sauce on it, 90% of spaghetti had no sauce. ordered a salad and they gave me fries instead. the fries were cold and extremely greasy. do yourself a favor and don't go there!!! read more

Delicious Food + Great Price = Belleria...my family ordered takeout to bring back to the new St. E's a minute down the road and I can't remember the last time I had such good meatballs and cavatelli. I've been ordering from this location for over a year now. Never had a problem ! I ordered today at 4:40, the girl said 45 mins I'd have my pizza.. at 6:18 the driver called said in 15 mins he'd be there. At 6:45 I called belleria back (driver was still not here), the girl wouldn't give the phone to the manager explaining "he's really busy". She then explained "I don't know what's wrong with the driver today he's acting weird" while slightly giggling ! Never got an apology for the delay. She did mention if I call back she can credit or make new. The driver finally arrived about 6:51 saying "it's really hectic". The pizza was cold. The pasta was soggy. The next 2 times over the course of 10 minutes, no one answered. The final time someone answered and put me on hold without even listening for my response.
