It's like a cross between a sports bar and middle eastern restaurant. Lots of tvs, pool table, nice bar, and a small stage for music. We tried the hummus as an appetizer and it was very good. My wife liked the nutty flavor and I liked the dab of pepper sauce the served on it. We split a mixed kabob with chicken, steak, and kafta. The meats were really juicy, tender, and flavorful. You could tell they were well marinated and grilled. The rice was pretty good too. For dessert, we tried the namesake knafa which is cheese and pastry and syrup. It was unique but I probably wouldn't get it again. We will definitely go back. Service was good. I highly recommend any of the kabobs. There were also coats thrown on the seats at that table. We waited an hour to get our food. They brought us the wrong food, took that food off our table and served it to the table behind us. Then they brought our food out but it was cold and items were missing. The servers did not come back and check on us. We asked for our checks, they got those wrong. We finally paid and left. The service was sub-par at best. The food was more along the lines of Arby's quality. Very disappointed. But if the manager reads this, please learn from it and do a better job.
